We felt at home in Liz's home. Spacious rooms, quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery and benches in the shade or overlooking the lagoon. Bars, pizzeria, restaurant, bakery nearby. Furthermore, everything is easily accessible by bus boat. The communication with Liz was pleasant, she gave tips for fun things to do in Venice

We had a great time, the apartment is perfect, clean, spacious, all the comforts, the environment is quiet and has a view of the lagoon and an exceptional sunset. If you want a relaxing vacation in an enchanting setting, I recommend it with the added bonus of a private and wild beach with very few people that we reached by boat 50 m from the apartment. Thanks to Tommaso for his availability and responsiveness, as well as to Litzi for hosting. I recommend this rental near Chioggia (beautiful) as well as beautiful VENICE. 10 stars 🌟 👌

An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Great sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

We really enjoyed this apartment: because of its location on the edge of the historic old town, we were able to easily and walk to all the interesting places of this beautiful and lively city. This was home away from home- great homemade pastries and coffee included. She had plenty of information about local attractions. A great place to stay.
