Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil Spessart in the heart of Germany. The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Special highlights are the two wood-burning stoves, which serve as the only heating system. If you want to keep it warm, you have to start a fire. Firewood is available free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, coffee maker and dishes / pots.

With a fully equipped kitchen (including small oven, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher), the open adjoining living room with LED flat-screen satellite TV and a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate bedroom with air conditioning and TV, it leaves nothing to be desired for a short stopover or a longer stay.

Karlstadt with its historic old town, many restaurants and shops is only 2.5 km from the apartment. The beautiful outdoor pool in Karlstadt opens its doors on May 1st.
