Beachfront vacation rentals in Gotland County

We were four pensioners from Borås who spent a week on Gotland with this nice cabin as a base. The surroundings were nice with several walking paths along the sea. We easily went to all the weather to experience this amazing island. Clean and fresh, close to Soulsö bakery with good breakfast and many other good things. We highly recommend this cabin.

Wonderful house and location.

Spacious accommodation with large areas inside and outside. Suitable for larger families. Quiet and quiet in spite of being close to Ljugarns camping. The host couple are easy to talk to and live on the other side of the fence but it is about 70 meters away. The kitchen is well-equipped and works well. Bicycle is the best means of transport because Ljugarn is a little drawn out community along the sea. Would love to come back.

If you love nature, this is the place to be. We enjoyed the tranquility and seclusion. It's a short walk to the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bathroom with underfloor heating, very pleasant. We slept well in the beds. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation, surrounded by nature. Thanks for having us.

The place was a great surprise! Very clean, spacious, modern furniture, and all at a great price. A perfect stay!

It was absolutely amazing! We‘ve never seen a horse farm that tidy. Never met horses that calm, friendly, loving even. You can see in every single space that Gunilla loves what she does. On the first morning she even shared her breakfast with us since we had not managed to buy anything beforehand and the kids were hungry. The riding lessons were so nice - and we felt we really learned a lot. It is a heavenly place.

Incredibly proactive and good at responding, even well before our stay. The home was magical and brightened our time on the island. Tips are to rent bikes or walk along more boardwalk instead of driving a car to Visby inner city. Five pluses!

The apartment itself, the location, the views and the pool are ideal for two adults possibly with two children. Our 17-year-old son was bothered by the fact that the 2nd bedroom had no door, only a curtain. The 3rd bedroom could not be completely darkened. There was only a slatted curtain. Access to the apartment takes some getting used to. Pictures are not published in the listing. We enjoyed the amenities very much. A teapot and a clothes rack would have completed it. The wardrobes were mostly occupied. You can take nice tours with the bikes. Visby is within easy reach. The beautiful beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The heated pool on the roof of the house was also ideal. The apartment is highly recommended. Communication with Sandra was very pleasant, she responded quickly to our questions.

The first thing that hit us when we got into the apartment was the great view. We enjoyed the view and wonderful sunsets. The apartment is functional, practical and tastefully decorated. Ylva has been quick to leave information and answer questions. We are happy to come back and can highly recommend this home.

Nice clean apartment with access to pool and sea close to Visby town

We enjoyed our vacation with two children (4 and 8 years) very much. The house is beautiful and well equipped, there is really everything there! Numerous games for indoors and outdoors. The garden is very large with many seats and hammock, umbrellas, grill and large terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped, with plenty of dishes and a dishwasher. We also used the washing machine in the garage. Linens are not provided, but there was the possibility to rent them on site at a hotel for a fee. The location is perfect, absolutely quiet and only 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful natural beach. There is a small supermarket and a few restaurants/cafes, but not all of them were open at the end of August (especially in the evening). To Visby about 45 minutes by car. Great place to stay for a quiet and relaxing time on Gotland!

Very sweet and cosy tinyhouse. It's beautifully situated very close to the sea. Kenneth is very kind and helpful and provides you with a lot of useful information. If you're lucky, you can see eagles circling in the sky. We enjoyed our time there a lot.

Fantastically beautiful house with sea view. You can see the sunset very well here. Close to a nice beach with a pier from where you can swim. The house has everything you need and is nice light. We had a rugged week here with our children!

Nice and cozy cabin, and very good location. Very close to child-friendly beach with possibility to buy ice. Also great for the kids to be able to borrow duplo, books and puzzles in the cabin! Nice area for both excursions, swimming and good food. The only downside must be that the sun disappeared from the cabin's patio at about 8 pm. A little light in the bedrooms in the morning, so a tip might be to bring a sleeping mask. Anyway, we had a great stay in the cabin and on Gotland! :)

Our stay at Jeanette's house exceeded our expectations. First of all, the stunning nature and views that can be enjoyed from the house are incredible. You are completely immersed in the beauty of Irevik while staying there. Hares were constantly running around the property, which delighted the children. The beach is very close, and it’s easy to find large sandy areas there. There are also nearby climbs to the cliffs, offering views of the sea and the surrounding area. Throughout our stay in mid-August, the weather was warm and pleasant. We made full use of the three outdoor seating areas – two verandas on either side of the house and the table by the grill. The house had plenty of dishes and household appliances for a large family, so the main thing was just to stock up on groceries. Overall, we had the best experience.
