Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

We offer an apartment in the basement, centrally located in Uppsala. The area is close to the Cathedral, the Castle with the Botanical Garden, the University and the Hospital. Adjacent to the property are grass areas and nature reserves Fully equipped kitchen and toilet in the apartment. In the laundry room just outside there is a washing machine and shower. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. Grocery store about 3 minutes and restaurants are in the nearby area. Bed linen is not included, only duvets (2 pcs 150x200) and pillows.

Cozy, almost one hundred years old, but modernly renovated, cottage located in an attractive residential area 7 km south of Uppsala city. Beautiful surroundings with Hågadalens nature reserve, Mälaren, Gottsundagipen and Vårdsätra beach promenade at a convenient distance. During the summer months, the area is excellent for those who want to get out into nature on foot or by bike. In winter, you have good opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in Sunnerstabacken and ice skating on the lake. We live next door in the main house.

The house is adjacent to Hågadalen-Nåstens nature reserve with several tracks for exercise, hiking, running, biking and skiing. 5-minute walk to the shopping area Stenhagen Centrum with several grocery stores, liquor stores, pharmacies, fashion and restaurants and frequent bus service into Uppsala. Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.
