Charming 2p, quiet, close to the canal

My 43 m² apartment is very close to Gare du Nord, between the Canal Saint-Martin, Montmartre and Gare de l'Est. On a street with many shops but very quiet at night, it is 2 minutes from many transports. A separate bedroom, an open kitchen and everything you need to be comfortable in the heart of Paris.

Loft aménagé pour 4 personnes donnant sur la magnifique cour pavée d'un immeuble de 1869. L'appartement vient d'être entièrement rénové. Il est idéalement situé entre l'avenue des Champs-Elysées et la rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Ce logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
