Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Gouvieux

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, clean and perfect for families with kids. Our little ones immediately felt comfortable – there was enough space to play and even a few toys on site. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Very quietly located luxury private stay, with sauna and jaccuzi, to relax after a day in Paris or Disneyland. The bakery is on the corner, so you can get fresh breakfast every morning. To reach Paris by 15 min by car via Mitry Clay station and then 30 min RER train with day pass a 12 Euro was fine. That pass can then be used everywhere in public transport all day long, so with Google Maps everything can be found like this.

The place was beautiful. The house is perfect. We were 15 friends with two babies. Wilfrid and Sandrine are responsive, kind and welcoming hosts. The house is perfectly maintained, clean and modern with all the comforts imaginable. The small studio is a real plus. Everything was perfect, we recommend 10000% without hesitation.

Perfect location. Easy to get into Paris (by train) and to Disneyland (by car). Very clean. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and lovely after a long day of walking.

Exceptional stay! Marie's house is simply splendid. Every detail is tastefully thought out, the comfort is worthy of a high-end hotel, and the environment is incredibly peaceful. Perfect bedding, impeccable cleanliness, complete amenities; nothing is lacking. Special mention for the warm welcome and fluid communication with Marie. We had a lovely stay in this spacious house! The large garden with gas barbecue and jacuzzi was really a plus, especially with the nice weather — after a day at Disney we were actually only found outside. Inside it is also nice: a large living room with a comfortable sofa, and nice detail: there are plenty of toys for small children and delicious coffee! The house is suitable for max. 8 people and it was very pleasant that there are three toilets and two bathrooms — no queues in the morning! Upon arrival we received a tour from Hakim with a bottle of wine. Despite a small language barrier, this went smoothly. There were a few small things broken in the house but Hakim replaced a part immediately and the rest was already scheduled for recovery. If you miss something or something is broken, you can just report it to him and he'll take care of it. All in all a top stay with excellent value and a perfect base for Disney.

Great family stay. Many activities on offer (swimming pool, jacuzzi, pinball, foosball, board games ...) for everyone's happiness. Amenities of very good quality, everything is done to feel good. Valerie and Alain are available to listen to make our stay a real joy. They are very welcoming and really friendly. We'll be back with pleasure:)

Our stay at Aniss's house was a real treat: a family home full of love and life, really ideal for couples with children. A flexibility of entry and exit, Aniss was very attentive (we even received a list of restaurants and sites to visit), responsive, understanding and simple. We had a bit of a hard time adapting the first 3 days and by our own fault besides, but you won't regret spending some time in this cozy and cozy house, at the same time for you and your children. Close to the train station, close to parks and restaurants, shops... a secure villa with space for everyone and everyone is comfortable...Thank you for everything. I would highly recommend it and we hope to come back one of her summer if we return to the area

Very nice welcome, the kota is beautiful and warm, with its just extra Nordic bath. It was a great discovery and a good experience, peaceful and not overlooked, I highly recommend it.
