Apartment well located in Barra, with Design details. Full kitchen, comfortable bed and a balcony with an excellent view. The only thing we didn't finish enjoying was the bathroom, which has a half-engaged door, but it's just a detail, it was a beautiful experience!

The apartment is very comfortable, with modern and tasteful furniture. There are two very well divided and equipped suites. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Practical Kitchen, good size living room. The view is sensational and there is no noise from neighbors or from the street. The air-conditioning is efficient and all rooms have blackout. I also liked the reception and ease of check-in and check-out. Location close to Ipanema beach and close to bars and restaurants. I recommend and will be back as soon as possible!

We had a beautiful vacation. Carmen's warmth and dedication to every detail she welcomed us with. Super predisposed and attentive to what we need, incomparable! Great location only one block from Copacabana Beach. Beautiful view from rooftop. Good space for larger groups with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Host and building staff are friendly and professional.

we had already been there 1 time, with the whole family, to solve a mass of a death of a family member and had already been great. Now only my parents went to solve bureaucratic problems in the city and simply loved, felt at home, didn't even want to leave RS, went hiking, they liked the nearby area, the variety of trade, banks, markets, etc. Ana Paula helped them with the TV and with everything they needed, they will be more often if you need it. Wilson is an excellent host, very friendly, helpful and good people! We left loaves and other treats for our arrival. It was very flexible regarding check-in and check-out and gave clear instructions about the apartment and the surroundings. The apartment is very comfortable, everything according to the description, we feel at home! Many leisure options, restaurants close by. I plan to come back!

Our experience at this place was consistently positive! The apartment is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located a few steps from Copacabana. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping, so nothing is missing. Particularly noteworthy is the very good air conditioning, which has provided pleasant temperatures, as well as the complete equipment of the apartment. The host was extremely friendly, communicative, and responded quickly to our messages, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Olivia is a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was spotless and perfectly located on a quiet street overlooking a small park. Half a block to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance. Very easy to check in and doormen 24/7 were super helpful. The building’s parking garage was very convenient for our rental car. We spent a great family vacation in Leblon and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at the apartment in Rio. It’s in a fantastic location only minutes from the beach surrounded by lovely restaurants and super easy access to public transport. The roof terrace in perfect. Nataly was really helpful, friendly, gave us recommendations and organised tickets for us.

My stay was great! We had a problem with the air that was promptly resolved by Del, in less than 1 hr everything was fine. Extremely clean and in the way of the pictures. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can take Uber. Super recommend!

We were among three friends to enjoy the carnival. The apartment is a little away from the places with more movements, something that you already knew in the reservation and that would not affect, even after the end of the stadia, the reservation made. The apartment is within a gated condominium, super insurance and has a grocery/convenience that made it much easier to buy everyday items, including drinks, water, energy, etc. I had a problem with the address, but without any responsibility of the host or Airbnb, I only write to raise awareness, as Uber ends up sending, according to the address of the condominium, to another isolated place, in which there is no housing or established, which is valid for notice. Therefore, after booking, please inform yourself of the name of the condominium, in order to avoid inconvenience with Uber. Finally, a simple but extremely clean apartment, comfortable, tidy and with various utensils to spend days quietly. Super recommend!

Impeccable apartment, Renata is wonderful, attentive, passed all the instructions and was always available to answer. The condominium is a show apart, it has everything inside, from cafeteria (where we have coffee every day) to sauna and hydrotherapy. Well-equipped apartment, you've got everything you need. Very careful and capricious hosts, flawless cleaning. We will definitely return.
