The home is great for families or couples, as there is plenty of space for the kids to play or come together in the main living area. Minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the local grocery store. Up to two pets are allowed for a minimal fee. Relax and unwind with friends and family!

The Sandy River Ski House is located in a quiet older neighborhood in Welches, at the base of Mt. Hood. The property is located on the Sandy River, stroll along the banks, easily walk 200' to the waters edge. The neighborhood is set amongst tall fir trees and a wonderful mix of quiet older homes, A relaxing hot tub is just outside the master bedroom, on 1 of our spacious decks. Holidays require 3or4 night min stay. This is a NON-SMOKING house. We welcome your pets, $40 fee for each pet.

Arrah Wanna Trailhead is close and provides hiking and snowshoe trails that take guests into the Mt. Hood National Forest. When winter comes around, guests will have their pick of slopes at Mt. Hood Skibowl (just over 12 miles east), Timberline Lodge (20 miles east), and Mt. Hood Meadows (25 miles east).
