One stop to Atlantic-Barclay's Center and about 35 minutes from Times Square. The space is shared with other guests. I live in the building as well. The cleaning lady is on-site every other day. Great for solo, business, medical, or educational travelers! We welcome all ages, races, genders, orientations & backgrounds to our place and hope you enjoy your stay!

Lunita Loft: Sun-filled loft in industrial Gowanus

Large, sun-filled loft in the heart of industrial Gowanus. The sleeping/living area is spacious and sleeps up to four people, with one queen bed, one futon that pulls out to a double bed, tall ceilings, desk, reading lamps, kitchen table, ample counter space for cooking, and laundry. I also have one double air mattress - available upon request. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. This space is compliant with all local regulations. Please inquire with any questions, and read our note about street noise.

Our beautiful space is clean and new. It is Located in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood). It includes central heat and central air, a bathroom and an open kitchen. We are 5 minutes away from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. Charming Room has lots of light, it is large, 10 X13 ft. The room is furnished and includes a closet, desk, chair, linens, down comforter, nightstand, flowers, and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.

You’ll love my place because of the location, modern design and convenience of being 2 blocks away from mass transit (F ,G Trains).
