There is a construction trailer in our orchard! A place for people who want to get away from everyday life for a moment. If you like, you can meet animals, watch them or simply be part of this place. Children are also welcome here. You can discover nature, get to know animals and experience where eggs come from. Our municipality is a "quiet area" according to § 47d of the Federal Immission Control Act, i.e. there is no traffic, industrial, commercial or leisure noise. It's really quiet here!

Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Welcome to the Kronstübchen, your cozy holiday apartment in the centre of Ludwigslust. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained apartment building and is at ground level – ideal for a comfortable stay without stairs. A comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) ensures restful nights. Additional amenities include a TV and a functional kitchen with a stove, coffee maker and toaster – perfect for a relaxed start to the day or cozy evenings.

Great outdoor pool nearby, good nearby shopping, sauna can be booked from September to the end of April. (€10 hour) On weekends only book both nights, no one-night booking. It's an apartment, Airbnb presents it as a tree house! Large staircase to the top, large apartment, large balcony - no shared use. For check-in, the door is open from 3 pm, the key is inside.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house and barn of the listed three-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage, remaining wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish place. Arrive and feel comfortable. Discover the surroundings. Walk endlessly in the nearby forest. Fishing on the lake. Maybe work on something in peace that should always be finished. Enjoy the weather. Look at the starry sky at night. You can do all that here. Or sometimes nothing... Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.
