The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. Beautiful little townhouse, located in the old town center of Pićan. It is adapted for guests who want to stay for a longer period of time, but also for guests who are exploring Istria. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a lounge area with a TV and an open fireplace. Upstairs, steep stairs lead up to a hallway that divides two bedrooms. One has a French bed with closets and other equipment, and the other room has two separate beds for one person.
