Villa vacation rentals in Grad Pag

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Silencia in Pag. We were there in October, which seems to be off-season (most of the restaurants were closed for instance). But the weather was nice and warm, the beaches & trails were desert! I don't know how the neighbourhood is during summer, but at this time of year it's super quiet. Davoraka's house is huge, with a big garden & terrace. All the amenities you'll need in the kitchen, etc. Our kids had a lot of fun using the pool outside and the trampoline! Finally, Davoraka gave us many tips & infos about the surrounding, thanks!

The house is very nice, plenty of space available on two levels. View of the sea, the small beach about 20 minutes away was very nice clear water and the small pebbles pleasant to lie down. Can recommend the place.

Great accommodation! For us, the perfect location with a relaxed setting. Large property, with great views of the sea. Ideal for 8 people. Quietly located with direct sea access. Restaurants nearby. Supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car. We felt very comfortable. Many thanks to the hosts!

Anna and Kazo with the daughter Lena personally welcomed us and guided us through the house. There was homemade bread homemade Croatian ham as well as delicious wine as a guest gift. We were very impressed. The house is really beautiful, pictures really match 1:1. Also the cozy outdoor area. 2 loungers, seating area, parasols, hanging chairs as well as a barbecue barbecue. The amenities are incredible, because everything is available (from the kitchen to the bathroom). There was really nothing missing. We've already seen it differently. Kazo and Anna are always available and always have an open ear in case of questions and problems and help immediately. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I'm sure we'll see you again. Excellent apartment, with a beautiful view of the city, a few steps from the restaurants, beach, and main attractions, which we enjoyed the covered space with the table overlooking the bay , is a place of excellent location and easy access.

Very nice and clean accommodation. Indeed, it was a pity that there was very little kitchen utensils available, such as an extra pan (especially if you are staying in the house with such a large group), kitchen towels, sponges,..... There was also no cleaning equipment available, such as a vacuum cleaner, mop,...After we contacted the host, this was put in order very quickly. The host is very friendly and helpful. The house is within walking distance of supermarkets, bakery, vegetable stalls and butcher. Also very close you have several eateries. Be careful if you want to rent a boat through the host. Host has nothing to do with this rental. These people are not reliable! They rented a speedboat that was already broken, where water came in, didn't get windshield, no life jackets. We were accused of crashing the boat. Boat taken out of water, nothing to see. It turned out that the pump had been broken for a few days. Didn't get any money back!

Great stay. Slight difficulty in making contact before the start of the stay, when the agent was the main contact. But once passed over to the owner it was smoother. The villa is very nice, looks just like the pictures and is in a small village of holiday homes with a couple of restaurants and bars. Should really rent a car if you stay here as there isn’t really any public transport. Overall was a very enjoyable stay, lots of daytime sits around the pool and evenings on the terrace. Would recommend to others for sure.

Communication, check in and everything was good. The place itself is amazing. Everything’s new and the outdoor area is beautiful. We had so much fun!

It is a beautiful and really well-equipped apartment, located in a quiet, cozy area. The exterior with a heated swimming pool (cleaned every early morning) and a gas-fuelled barbecue grill lets you relax and enjoy your holidays. The small playground for kids is also great, although it needs a little bit more shadow. There are 2 small markets in the area, a beach is located ~10 mins walk from the apartment (quite downhill), there are also local neighbours who can provide you fresh delicious vegetables and fruits - and some homemade Rakija too ;). The apartment's manager was helpful and available every time we needed his help. Overall, the apartment is definitely worth the price if you're looking for a quiet, sunny place to spend your vacation time.

Lovely apartment 20-30minute walk to Pag town centre, nice and quiet and with the bonus of the pool. Renata was a great host, easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would easily recommend to a friend!

We had a relly great time there. Everything was perfect. The island is amazing as well.

We had a very lovely stay at Lukovo Villas. If you want a quite holiday, in a small village, near the seaside, this place is perfect. We really had fun kayaking and paddling, snorkelling and swimming. The view is also wonderful. The nearest shop is a little bit far and there are no restaurants nearby, but this is a good privilege to cook together in the big, very well equipped kitchen. The hosts responded quickly to every question. So, we thank you for a great time and a lot of memories made in your Rock Villa ❤️
