Stunning home 70m from the beach

A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

Can't say enough about how great the stay was. Everything is delivered with the hope you'll have a 5* stay. Hot tub is clean and works well, Kitchen has everything you could need. Bed is comfortable. Having the serenity of the lake out front and the farm view in the back was brilliant combination. First night we stayed in, used the log burner and relaxed. Next day we walked to the Black Rabbit pub (2.5 hours each way) past Arundel. We will be back at Choller for sure!

Bracklesham/Wittering hot week on the beach

We stayed at Karen and Steve’s loft over the Easter weekend for 5 nights. We have never visited the area before and were pleasantly surprised. Karen’s loft is a lovely bolt hole close to the beach, really close. We had everything we needed for our stay. Toiletries and basic kitchen items were also provided. We even had homemade biscuits and Prosecco on arrival a lovely touch. We love walking and the area has walking for everyone. Beaches, estuaries, heathland, bird reserves and more. We visited Kingly Vale which was amazing near Chichester. The ancient Yew trees and blue bell woods were stunning. Sadly for us it was cloudy so no view from the top of the hill. Would definitely visit the loft again.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless — definitely 5 stars for cleanliness. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything about the stay was just great overall. I’d absolutely recommend it and would love to stay again!

Great spot, just a short walk to the sea and loads of parking spaces! The place is compact but really nice and it has everything we needed for our overnight stay. There were lots of clear instructions so that we could easily get access, and Catherine was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when I had to message her about something!

Detached Seaside Bungalow in Quiet Cul De Sac

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had the most amazing stay at Eileen's property, Eileen was so kind and so accommodating to us and for that we are grateful, Myself and my children had a great time celebrating New Year's eve, so much to do they didn't want to come home! The lodge is a charming and well-kept little place tucked away in the back garden. It looks and feels brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. Having access to the garden was a big plus for the kids, and the location in Ryde is great—on a quiet street but still convenient. The only minor drawback was that the dining table needs to be unfolded for meals, which makes the living area feel quite cramped. Other than that, we had a lovely stay, and Rebecca was very responsive and helpful throughout.
