You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

In the beautiful Bavarian Forest, a small tiny house with a very cozy terrace awaits you, inviting you to relax. Whether hiking, cross-country skiing, cycling or simply enjoying the peace and quiet, all those who love nature are in the right place here. There are hiking trails and cross-country ski trails all around. From the mountain you can enjoy the breathtaking sunset in the evening. Four-legged friends are welcome here.
