La calefacción es disponible como extra por 35 euros diarios a una temperatura de 26/28 grados.Las playas están a 6/7 minutos de coche y en Las inmediaciones hay un campo de golf .Es muy difícil encontrar un sitio tan grande y tranquilo cerca de la costa y de las playas más conocidas de Gran Canaria.El entorno es rural.
