Vacation rentals with a patio in Granada

Everyone that's works at the apartments we're amazing!! we enjoyed ourselves very much and Carlos is very knowledgeable. Ana was very responsive immediately and we got any help we needed right away. We enjoyed our stay and the community was so kind. We Will be back!!

We enjoyed Carlo's place a lot. Directly located at the laguna with a beautiful garden stretching to the water. The place was clean, good Kitchen Equipment.

Directly from the airport in 30 minutes. the apartment is superb. the magical pool. I felt safe at the rbnb. the host gave good information for taxi trips and local grocery stores. Perfect place to relax

There are not enough characters here to describe how wonderful our experience was, the place was extremely spacious, luxurious and crisp clean. It's really great value. The views are incredible, it looks even more impressive in real than in the photos. The location is secluded, if you like to walk, towns are at ~20 minute walking distance or you can order a mototaxi for $2-$3 or so. Jannett was such a gracious host, we had a few tiny issues at start and she solved it so graciously, that we almost felt uncomfortable with her generous solution! The caretaker was wonderful too, as an added bonus we got to take care of their dog who lives on the premises, we miss our dog at home so this was great. There are 3 amazing trails nearby, they are not really marked well, but it's fairly easy to find them. You can easily spend 5-6 days here and do all the trails, visit the villages and unwind and relax. This is a true hidden gem and I would come back here without a doubt!!! Thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful oasis! The space is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds were so comfortable—we all slept like a dream! One of our favorite spots was the gorgeous hammock, perfect for lounging and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Our host was so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A special shoutout to Karin, the housekeeper, who did such a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and welcoming. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

nice quiet place. it was a bit hard to find but I think it has more to do with Google map in nicaragua. it is 8 minutes from the center of the city but I needed a quiet night so it was perfect.

Very good stay for our group of 5 friends! The house was spotless and the 3 rooms very comfortable. It had everything needed and the interior patio was a plus for chatting and relaxing with music (the TV had internet). Gretchell is a great hostess. Very good communication, super friendly and check-in was easy because I was expecting us. We had a theme with the pool (it was closed), but he fixed it immediately by getting us passes for another one. Very efficient! Also, he got us taxi to the airport in Managua ($60). There are several minimarkets nearby, which is practical. Totally recommended. Comfortable place and Gretchell is very attentive. Only eye if they go with small children - there is a terrace on the second floor without protection. Otherwise, perfect! We would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and helpful. The place itself was clean, comfortable, safe, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great as well. It's close to Managua'a Santo Domingo area and a short drive to Granada. The host also offers a traditional Nicaraguan breakfast option with the stay for a few extra bucks. It was delicious and worth it. The Nica beans in particular were out of this world. So flavorful! We loved our stay and will be booking again next time we visit Nicaragua. Highly recommend!

I might not have the right words to rate this place but here I come : very quiet, clean, private, close to the airport, close to one of the municipal hospital in case of an emergency, you can feel like you are home away from home, clean property the host it’s very communicative I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family members back home and the price make it even better 😇🙏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This worked out perfectly for a late flight into Managua. The lovely lady who works there (Nohemi) answered our driver's call after 11pm, to help guide him to the place (there are no exact addresses in Nica, it seems). She was then waiting for us in the driveway to flag us down (and we were even later than expected trying to sort out our ride!). The place was clean and very secure. Nohemi walked out in the morning to get us milk for our cereal :)

It is a very spacious, bright, clean, and organized place. The sector is very quiet, with restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. I felt very comfortable at all times, they were aware of me, they gave me recommendations and help, very useful. My experience was excellent, extremely recommended that they host here.

Listing is precisely as indicated in description/photos at time of my stay. Clean, good security measures and appliances in working condition. Air conditioning works very well and there is even warm water. Host was kind and diligently helped to make my last minute evening reservation faster, even despite me feeling impatient due to it being the final few hours of visiting my girlfriend and me wanting to accomplish some things with her before taking my flight at 2am. It was easy for my girlfriend to go back and spend the remainder of the night there after I left because there is a remote control key (and / or code) that opens and closes the property entrance gate in addition to keys to your own particular apartment studio room. I saw that there is also a washer and dryer available for use. This place is walking distance to many restaurants and stores, close to some malls, and only about 11 or 13 minutes from the airport. It is also located on the same road as the airport.

This place is awesome! Stayed there twice and always had a great experience and just walk down the street and have all kinds of kinds of restaurants.

we only spent a short stay at this establishment for lack of space but everything went well. we were very well received. the apartment is spacious and comfortable. the kitchen is well equipped . The garden is pleasant and the residence is well secured.
