Vacation rentals with beach access in Grand Anse Praslin

Great place, close to restaurant and many supermarkets. The hotel has its own beach with chairs and shade (palm trees). A really beautiful beach. You can rent a car, and it's next to a bus stop. It's walking distance to Anse Georgette, and Anse Lazio. I really recommend this place, if you're going to Praslin!

Great Airbnb, Check In was easy, Lucas was super friendly and helpful and the chalet was clean. We had a very good time there and can recommend it.

The listing was great, as described. We had the place seen on the sea without asking! All amenities were present. Linens and towels are changed every day and cleaned every day! The diamond plaza is very well located, easy to access with shops and restaurants nearby that are great! I would recommned this property.

The receptionist was extremely helpful, and we received excellent information about the area. I forgot something in the apartment, and a friendly employee was very helpful and even arranged for my things to be flown to Mahe. I'm very satisfied and would come back again!

I spent 23 wonderful days at Bijoutier Apartments. The hosts are always there for you, very friendly and polite. The flat is very spacious, I had a large lounge/kitchen and the bedroom was huge. The flat is also spanking new! Furniture, electric appliances and cutlery are literally brand new. I could see the sunset every day from every room, which was a bonus and I had seaview too. The property comes with a very inviting swimming pool, which is always great to have and a souvenir shop. There is a bus stop in front of the property and nearby Tamby store for the opposite direction heading to Anse Lazio/Anse Gerorgette. Many mini markets and restaurants in close reach, literally 10/20 metres away. It's been overall an excellent experience. I recommend the excursion to St Pierre and to the Tortoise Sanctuary. I also advise to snorkel at the very end of Anse Lazio, swimming all the way to Petite Anse Lazio. Anse Petite Cour is awesome for snorkelling and also Anse Boudin.

One of the most beautiful place which I visited!! I hope that I will come back in the future again. The owner was great person, waiting for us with lot of fresh fruits. Pool and view of the sea was amazing.

We spontaneously booked Silvia's guesthouse on La Digue for 1 night. It was wonderful. Silvia picked us up directly from the ferry with her bike. From there you can quickly get to the accommodation. We were greeted with a refreshing drink. We rented 2 bikes from Sylvia and she gave us tips for the island. The guest house is very nice. I've never seen such a clean place. You can eat from the floor. Downstairs is a kitchen, upstairs bathroom and bedroom. Everything is great! We had a very nice stay there and will definitely be back at some point. 100% recommended ! We didn't regret a minute, this house is wonderful! Surrounded by a paradise garden, it nestles into the tropical landscape despite its size. It is very spacious and airy at all times. It impresses with great architecture and a clever layout, is tastefully decorated, very well equipped and insanely cozy. Plus the view of the sea from the first floor! Annie is a wonderful, warm-hearted host. She had great excursion tips and much more for us and we just felt pampered. Annie lives on the neighboring property as a host and is very easily accessible but extremely discreet. Guests enjoy complete privacy in the villa and the plot. There are some beautiful beaches nearby. Baie St. Anne with the cozy ferry port is a short drive. There's everything you need. Thanks Annie, it was great!!

Achille’s place was fantastic we would always come back there, even for longer. He is the best Host we ever had, very friendly and helpful. Even helped us organise things to do just when we arrived, gave great Tipps and was very proactive in communicating. Also Sylvio was so kind and generous, we received more than we expected and it was an amazing experience there. Enough water was also provided which was such a huge help and generous surprise. Also the different terraces were very beautiful and we were not bothered at all that there were other guests as well. The house and the outdoor space is so lovely decorated and stylish, it looks way better than on the pictures. The service which Achille and Sylvio together offer was the best we ever had in an Airbnb, definitely recommend this place.

Didier was always responsive in communication before and during the stay. The proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Seychelles is a big plus 20 min walk with climbing but it gives a beautiful view. The house is 20 meters from a bus stop. The nearest breath is just missing in Anse Lazio. We sometimes took away for the evening. We also had to deal with his sister and nephew for the transfer from the port, who are also very friendly (they do taxi if needed) When you arrive at Didier's there is lunch for several days with the homemade jam which is delicious!! And we can even make a meal in the fridge. Plus fruit juices and fruit chips! Very convenient also the mineral water dispenser with a large bottle of about 10l that gives fresh water for tea or coffee (which is of course present at Didier's) If I go back to Praslin I would go back to Didier's. Beautiful house with a large garden very well maintained and a vast terrace very enjoyable! Excellent contact with the owner and impeccable cleanliness. A place exposed to the wind in August and bad weather unfortunately during our stay which did not allow us to fully enjoy the pretty terraces at the bottom of the house. Difficult road to access (be careful not to cross a bus!) because a little isolated...The road ends on the track! Nearby wild beaches and deserts.

the house i rented is made up of 2 floors .each floor has 1 apartament with.kitchen lounge bedroom huge and bathroom . there are big terraces. all is modern and clean with nice windows with glasses. position of house is superquiet no noise from roads cars neihhbours as.other houses are far. house is seaview and surrounded by hills and nature. all very beautiful i recomend

Excellent stay with friends at Villa Peax. Peggy and her husband are adorable and know how to answer any questions from their hosts, before and during their stay. Villa as described, very responsive and particularly attentive host. We highly recommend this place for group or family passing through Praslin

The most beautiful and peaceful place that you could find in Praslin . Lucas is great host . The villa is even more amazing than the photos - beachfront view . In 20 steps you are on the one of the best beaches in the island . Quiete , peaceful with lots of fishes to see in the water . You have a shop in 1 min walk which makes your stay easier. Ashley and all the staff from the villa were amazing , very helpful and so kind to us all the time. Just in front of the villa you have 5 giant turtles . Thank you so much to all of you! We will come back again !

Nunzio was the perfect host! He helped us with everything and made sure every day that we were happy. He gave us good information about how to get around and what to do. We are very happy that we found this guest house!

The location in Grand Anse was great! You could hear the waves crashing from your bed. It’s maybe a 30 second walk out of the apartment to the beach. The pool was also a nice treat and perfect to relax out of the sun when you need a break. I would recommend renting a car for other guests. Taxis are quite expensive for just a short ride and the bus, although it ran regularly, proved to be inconsistent and quite late at times. This certainly wasn’t why you travel all the way to Praslin but the tv shows and movies that were playing turned out to be very good. It was a nice way to end the evenings after many excursions. If you need to work while on vacation, it should be noted that the WiFi in most places on Praslin can be challenging and inconsistent. Basil and Samiah were very accommodating and made the place feel comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at their place.

Jaleen and her family are really great hosts! They were really helpful and friendly, always positive and smiling, which made us really feeling comfortable and trusting. The apartman is nicely made, top clean, very new. Although not directly at the see and not in hotel area, walking to the beach was absolutely ok. On our last day we could use the shower and had lunch at the apartman after check-out time as next guests were only coming later, which we overly appreciated! Also they arranged transfers for us for fair amounts. On the top of everything there is a washmachine in the apartman, that was priceless in the middle of our holiday, so a big extra compliment! We would definitely come back and recommend Jaleen's place! Thank you Jaleen&family
