Take it easy at this unique and tranquil little cottage. A cocoon in nature, bordered by 2 streams. Close to Lake Longemer. Close to all shops, as well as ski slopes. Fully equipped accommodation, with the possibility of sleeping for a child, linen provided, cleaning included, a small dog accepted (no more than 10 kg) Private land with terrace and meadow with direct river access. Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.
