Downtown Burlington is a quick 30-minute drive, while the islands themselves offer a variety of restaurants and breweries within 5–10 minutes. For avid cyclists, the cottage is about 9 miles from the Island Line Trail parking area—the starting point for the ferry to the Lake Champlain Causeway. From there, it’s another scenic 10 miles along the bike path to Burlington’s Waterfront Park.

Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Refurbished 1950’s Cottage 300’ from Lakefront

This cozy cottage will gladly accommodate a couple with 2 small children. Although it has only 1 bedroom, we do have a futon in a front sitting room and another on the sun porch. Our home is on the property, but mostly hidden from the cottage by tall cedar trees. We are located about 1/2 hour from Burlington. We are < 5 minutes from the Grand Isle to Plattsburgh, NY ferry. The sunsets are simply phenomenal!
