Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

Secluded Getaway -Spacious! 10 Minutes from Town

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, roll top desk, pellet stove for winter and A/C in the summer. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner.

With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road. Ranch style house with lots of charm as it was built in the 40's. This unique duplex guest suite offers a single bedroom with a king sized bed and a full bath. The backyard offers a place to relax with dog runs negotiable. This guest suite is located approximately 6 miles out beautiful Williamson Valley road and is across from Granite Mountain trail head on national forest which has miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking. Historical downtown Prescott is a short drive away.
