You will stay in the former school of the small Eifel village of Seinsfeld. The previously used school hall has been converted into a cozy and lovingly furnished apartment for up to 4 people. In the apartment is a wood-burning stove, which can only be used in the cold months. The meadow of the former schoolyard is available for your use. In the immediate vicinity of the property there are numerous possibilities for extensive hiking and cycling tours.

This great tiny house with 45 sqm in the beautiful Eifel is an ideal starting point for countless outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain bike tours or a trip to the Eifelpark Gondorf (10km). Trier, the oldest city in Germany, can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The tiny house has two bedrooms and is fully equipped (incl. washing machine). The lockable bicycle garage offers space for 4 bikes. There is an outdoor sauna in the garden.

The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.
