Barry is an absolutely amazing host and this place is a gem! Very comfortable for a couple and you can’t beat the pool, hot tub, and short walk across the road to the beach! Barry has thought of it all from a backpack cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, and even a boogie board! Whether you are looking for a Florida beach get away or just a quiet relaxing place to stay this has it! There should be a ten star option for places and hosts like Barry!!

The rain was pouring on our check in day. They unlocked the door and put the keys on the counter right before we got there so it made bringing in luggage in the rain so much easier! Tony came out to meet us the next day and was very friendly and personable. We would definately stay here again.

Todd's home was perfect for our young family. Todd communicated well and the place was very kid friendly with everything we might need including a pack and play and high chair as well as gates. Everything was as described and Todd was very responsive.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The amenities were top-notch, with the pool being a perfect spot for daily exercise. I also made full use of the steam room, sauna, and outdoor shower, which added a spa-like experience to my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to grocery stores, hair salons, and a wide variety of food options. Plus, it's just a short drive from the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Mike’s home was perfect for our stay. He was the perfect host. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We loved spending time in the sunroom and had fun swimming and spending time around the pool enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Highly recommend Mike’s place. Very private and close to shopping. Definitely hope to stay here in the future.

Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. Great location, the host is nice and very responsive, the home is clean and feels like a home away from home.

First, Erin and Katie are super responsive and helpful. Next, the home is spotless and well equipped. The kitchen literally has anything and everything you need or want! From spices to utensils or dishes and pots and pans, this kitchen is ready for your meal prep. The pool area is outstanding with ample seating and a great pool. There’s an outdoor kitchen and seating area. And, I have to say there’s so many thoughtful amenities from beach chairs to high chairs to beach towels to fluffy bath towels or toys, games and beach reads. Clean, comfortable and family friendly—you will enjoy your stay.

This was a great place for my infant and I to stay for a few days! It is close to the ocean, but also close to town.

Very nice stay for our family of four. We came to FL for a youth baseball tournament, and this house truly helped us feel like we were on vacation as well. The pool was very nice and large with 7ft deep end. The four bikes available was a nice bonus and made trips to the beach more manageable than walking. All management communication was clear and crisp. Would stay their again for sure.

The house had a nice layout and felt spacious. We enjoyed the lanai because of the privacy and comfortable furniture. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. The house is located 15 to 20 minutes from several beaches. One thing to note: the mattresses are all quite firm - which some people will prefer. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Debra’s place is wonderful! Lovely cottage with everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Beach is a short walk away. Many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. And Debra was a delight.

This was our first time, as a family, to be in the Cape Canaveral area! Stephen's home was just perfect for the 7 of us...... all having a very comfortable bed to sleep in! The pool was one of the highlights for the grandsons! Just a short walk to the beach to hang out or watch the Falcon 9 launches. Located close to amenities..... our family absolutely loved it here! The only disappointment we had was that we couldn't stay longer! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It is a must stay, and quite literally an iconic landmark in the area! The host was beyond accommodating and friendly for our entire stay. The property speaks for itself, it’s on the water boasting absolutely stunning views in the home architecture is so unique. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. We were here for a work project and everything went absolutely wonderful. Amazing location, and the restaurant next-door we went to nearly every day! If we could’ve stayed here for another month, we would have. Do not miss your opportunity to stay here, The Grant House is the best. And the host Pam is wonderful!

Easy check in/ out and very comfortable stay

Linn’s place was exactly as described in the listing! The home has plenty of space and is very inviting! The grounds and pool area are exquisitely maintained offering a very private and pristine setting despite being surrounded by other properties. We only had a couple minor suggestions which were privately messaged to the host as possible improvements to make future stays even more exceptional 😁 We have already booked for next year and can’t wait!

Gloria was great to communicate with right away very pleasant . Great little home for our family and safe area ! The dolphins in the Indian river were a real extra treat for our grandchildren to see ! Also very close drive to beaches, space center, Disney and groceries. We had a great stay! We enjoyed visiting Kennedy Space Center and the beach! Merritt Island is beautiful. The Island Oasis was just perfect for our family of Five and Josh was a great host!
