Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Direkt hinterm Haus beginnen zahlreiche Wanderwege. Die Hochplattenbahn (Zweier-Sessellift) ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Chiemgau ist zudem ein Paradies für Radtouren.
