My house is situated on a quite estate in the village of Ludgershall - Not a beautiful chocolate box village, but it is a convenient place to stay especially if you are not a fan of narrow winding lanes! However country lanes are but a stones throw away to lead you to some very pretty villages. I would describe my home as open to all who want a country break without being in the middle of nowhere or a Monday to Friday resting place with easy access to Tidworth, Perham Down or Andover.
“Feeling like home, great! Ludgershall, a very quiet place, not far from Stonehenge, Winchester, Salisbury. Sarah ’s house is located in a clean residential area. It is a five-minute walk to Tesco and Coop, and a 7-8 minute to fish and chips shops and restaurants. There are many green areas around it, which is ideal for walking and jogging. Single room, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a closet sofa desk, all organs. The bathroom is shared with other rooms, large and clean, and hot water is sufficient. Sarah, super super good, special period, accept my booking until I leave the UK. Super super recommended! Just feel at Home! Sarah, super nice host, accept me during the such special period, keep me feel so warmly just like home. Ludgershall, a very peaceful place with two supermarkets and 4 restaurants with stone away to Sarah's home, near to Stonehenge Salisbury and Winchester, quite good for rest or sightseeing nearby. Located in the corner of quite living area, surrounded by tons of fields, perfect for walk and jogging. Single room with comfy bed, sofa and big wall cabinet, pretty enough for solo traveler. The big shared bathroom, sunny and powerful water. Definitely highly recommend!”

There are lots of pubs in the area that provide good food. Please note, we don’t allow use of the kitchen in the evening and I do not serve breakfast however you are welcome to have some toast and a cup of tea.
“Ruth and Ben's place is located in a quiet village in close proximity of Andover. Parking is immediately outside of the property and our very full vehicle was safe. Ruth and Ben are warm, hospitable and generous hosts. Local knowledge of the area is excellent. They responded to our messages very quickly. Our bedroom was spacious, light, airy and very clean. The double bed has a medium to firm mattress and bedding was of a high quality. A very comfortable night was had by both of us. We were reluctant to get up. Internet connection is very good and we received quality picture on the TV. We could access the kitchen for hot beverages - thank you for the lemon cake slices! The bathroom is sparkling clean. A bath and shower are available. The electric shower is powerful which is just what we needed after a long day at work. Clean and fluffy towels were provided too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to return when we are in the area again. Thank you for looking after us, Ruth and Ben. We wish you all the best in all that you do.”
Kingsmill Barns Bed and Breakfast is contained within a 16th century converted barn on the River Test. It is conveniently situated close to many major historic towns and cities, and offers access to places of interest, the countryside, fishing, and field sports. “The Annexe is a beautiful space and so so quiet (ideal for light sleepers such as myself). The enormous bed was heaven and the bathroom is dreamy ! The entire space is super clean, beautifully decorated and the accomodation is incredible value for money. Stefanie is the most welcoming and friendly host and I cannot recommend staying here enough !”
