Very nice house, very cold pool and with a beautiful view. It was very worthwhile!

Comfort and great climate define your stay in this home. We went in 14 people and the house met and exceeded our expectations, with well-equipped rooms ( sheets, pillows and fans), clean bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen;despite being small, it met our needs. Flavio, the host, very attentive. For sure, we will return!!

We love staying in the house, it corresponds to everything that says the listing. It has the location near the center, we were able to move easily, the house is well equipped, we cook every day that we stay in the house and bed and bath linen were also available. Izabela was extremely solicitous in everything we need. Super indico and I intend to return soon.

Andrezza was extremely attentive from the start, always available to answer any questions. The house is very well-equipped and it pleased the whole family. The heated pool is a big difference, especially since the nights in Gravatá are usually cooler. The rooms, with several beds, provide a lot of comfort and leave everyone at ease. We will definitely be back again!

Juliana always attentive and quick to respond. On the site there is a lot of muriçoca, it needs to take repellent, as it is close to bush. The place was clean, air-conditioning are new, the pots are a little dirty, I needed to raise one for the kitchen, it was very black in the background. The right fridge gela, the condenser of the air conditioning that stays for the kitchen, is dripping, I had to put a bucket. The condominium is very clean and charming. The house is excellent, well cared for, beautiful decoration. The place is wonderful, house stuck in the middle of the woods, a wall of green as seen from the balcony. The homemade Sivonaldo is very helpful, helped us with the purchase of mineral water in the city and providing fuel for the fire and pizza oven. To reach this paradise, when it rains, there is some difficulty with the road, as it turns into mud. But we were able to arrive and leave without further mishaps. We thank Lúcia for the hospitality and allow us to enjoy this special place with friends and family. The experience was worth a lot!

The house is exactly like the ad, very tasteful decoration, very well-equipped, clean, the outdoor space is huge, great to carry a dog. Although the place is further away, the house is very safe, we did not have any concerns during our stay and it was great to be in a place away from the noise. The only points to comment on are the showers, the bath is low water and also some external lights that are failing. But other than that, I highly recommend the house, the Marcone housekeeper is excellent, always giving support and being very attentive to us.

The accommodation was excellent, it was in 2 adults with 1 child and 1 baby and we were extremely comfortable in the flat and condominium. I recommend the place, excellent for those who seek peace and tranquility, ideal for those who want to rest and escape a little from the routine of the city. The host responds quickly and is very helpful, there are many requests. I recommend without a doubt and intend to return.

The accommodation is exactly as described and as in the photos. For those who want to enjoy the space and rest is a great option. The kitchen is very well equipped with pans, and all utensils. Bed and bath linens very clean and organized and the bed is quite comfortable. The only cons are that the flat is slightly away from the Gravatá shopping centre but if you are by car, there is a return at BR near the entrance to the street of the flat. The space also does not have private parking, but the surroundings of the flat are not dangerous. Access on the street is a little difficult because it is not asphalted. But homes are awesome! I recommend and I will return for sure if the destination is Gravatá again!

It was wonderful !!!! the children and us adults had a lot of fun, the children will certainly have stories to tell when they are older, they played a lot they are going home all scratched from so much they ran, fell playing ball... affective memories being built, Thank God for the generosity of Mr. Hudson may God bless him and his family in the name of Jesus .

The very cozy flat, surprised us. I thought it was smaller, but the flat space is wonderful. Complete Flat. We don't miss anything. We found everything clean. The host a lovely person, very attentive and helpful. We'll be back for sure!!

I spent a day's stay at Winterville, Gravatá, and it was great! The hostess Daiana was super attentive. The place is great, with lots of green area, total quiet and a very cozy flat. Ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy nature. I highly recommend!
