We had a great stay at Cabin 431! Perfectly set up for a couple, or a few friends. So many great details at the house, felt like home immediately. Loved the location, close to lots of hikes, Lake Cushman & Hama Hama. Easy drive to & from South Seattle. Wish we had time for bikes or paddle board, next time. :) Would 10/10 recommend!

We really enjoyed our time at the Pine Ridge retreat. The instructions provided were perfect and the property is every bit as private and beautiful as advertised. Stephanie is a super awesome host and provided great instructions on how to get and into the property. We loved it so much we barely left since there is so much to do between the entertainment, large and well stocked kitchen and BBQ for cooking, the hot tub, fire pit and games. We had a perfect weekend right next to Lake Cushman.

My friends and I had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and so nicely decorated. We loved the hot tub and the private backyard. The walk into town was nice because we got to see all of the other gorgeous houses. Larissa was a wonderful host. We would absolutely stay there again!

What a gorgeous little cabin for a perfect weekend! Great for a couple, or a couple with smaller kids. Amenities were on point and very appreciated! For any mountain biker enthusiast, you can ride directly from the unit to the trails and back!

We just had a beautiful stay at Ellie’s Lake House! I surprised my husband for his birthday with a lake side getaway, and our stay was perfect! Ellie’s Lake House is a little romantic getaway, and it’s so nice that Lisa is so welcoming of pets as well. Upon arrival, the house was so clean and cute; Lisa had complimentary dog treats and blankets that our little pup Buzz appreciated, and we also discovered that Lisa had a birthday cake waiting for my husband! We couldn’t believe how thoughtful she was with these added touches! We did paddle boating on the lake, grilled and played board games, and loved the jacuzzi. The neighbors were very friendly as well. I really can’t thank Lisa enough for being such a super star host. She was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Thank you Lisa for the amazing weekend getaway! ❤️

We spent three unforgettable nights in this charming A‑frame cabin—just a two‑hour drive from Seattle—and couldn’t have asked for a better home base. The cabin is beautifully nestled in the trees, with a welcoming gas fire pit and grill on the outdoor deck, a fully stocked kitchen, and even a s’mores kit to cap off cozy evenings by the fireplace. Inside, the beds were super comfortable, and mornings started with hot coffee or tea as we planned our adventures. By day, we walked down to the lake for sunrise views, tackled the nearby Staircase Hike Loop, and took our Jeep on forest‑service trails for some off‑roading fun. We also brought our e‑bikes and loved exploring the quiet roads of the community. One afternoon we drove into Hoodsport for authentic Mexican eats—highly recommend the fish tacos! And with Olympic National Park just a short drive away, there was always a new trail or vista calling our name. Highly recommended for anyone looking for relaxation, adventure, and a truly mem

The beach by the house is just lovely, as was the town. My toddler loved the sleeping nook upstairs!

Went here for our anniversary and we absolutely love it! Definite would come back in the future, definitely recommend!

The cabin was an absolute Gem, from the amazing view to the cozy cabin with a wood fire pit that will keep you comfortable and warm all day and night. The property has plenty of room to explore and an awesome fire pit for late night fires with a night sky full of stars. Lezli was very helpful during check in and responsive to any questions about the stay. I would highly recommend a stay at the cabin on Dow mountain to anyone wanting a nice relaxing mountain getaway.

It was very comfortable with plenty to do in any weather. The kitchen is well-stocked for anyone who wants to cook. Not the newest furnishings, but clean and bright and great for those who love the outdoors.

This was perfect. The cabin was exactly as described! Very homey. Susan was a great host. She immediately everytime I sent a message. Even when I would send a message prior to our trip forgetting that Susan is 3 hours behind us. Very clean and private. Between the scenery and downtown Seattle there was plenty to do. We would definitely stay here again!

A very home-like atmosphere. Private fenced backyard with patio table was very nice space. We enjoyed the fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Plenty of channels to choose from on TV. Lots of towels and bedding, common kitchen items already stocked. All-in-all, a wonderful place to stay with five-minute drive to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at Owl’s Hollow as a family of 5. This was one of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed in. The view of Lake Cushman from the house was simply breathtaking. The cozy yet spacious home had beautiful woodwork throughout and was well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed the wood burning stove, spacious downstairs level for card games/yoga, and the outside fire pit (s’mores kit provided by host!). There was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Waking up to the view from the master bedroom was sublime and the large walk-in shower was wonderful after a long day of hiking. Andrea was a very attentive host and communicated well with us during our stay. She had great recs for lovely hikes around the area and places to eat. We would love to stay here again someday.

We started here with our 4 kids over spring break and were so happy with our stay. We felt the pictures don't do it justice. The cabin itself is perfect. It is clean, roomy, has everything you needed including a few games. There is a great deck with bbq and chairs to enjoy the view. The cabin is set in a large field where we saw deer wandering through in the morning. It's located close to town and hiking trails. It was a great stay and we'd love to go back again.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed our time. The rental was what we expected, the price was phenomenal. The host was wonderful. The only possible complaint we had was that the beds were firmer than expected but don’t let that stop you from checking this place out. Thank you!

Great place to stay for a night before summiting Mt Ellinor the next morning. Very clean and also warm and peaceful feel. AC worked well for keeping the place cooled off. Comfortable bed. Washer and dryer if needed. Hot water. 2 fridges, microwave, stove and oven. Gregory was very nice and welcoming. Communicated well and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone!

Great cabin! Loved the portable bathroom and firewood (although there was a fire ban). Very comfy bed and blankets. It rained and was mid-50s overnight and we were very comfortable. I would recommend bringing a few extra flashlights or headlamps for after dark.

I grew up spending my summers in Hoodsport. I knew I wanted to pass that along to my kid and this was the perfect place to do so. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The house was immaculate and so homey. The host was responsive when I had questions and when I needed to let her know of a very small issue. I’ve already recommended this place and I think we will make it a tradition and to come back when it’s warmer. We took the short drive down to lake cushman as well and it was stunning. We took a dip in the very cold water and the homes amazing shower was the perfect way to warm back up. We also played the heck out of ping pong in the garage and I forgot how much I use to love playing. We took several walks around the neighborhood as well and it was just great. I felt more relaxed and ready to return to the “real” world after our stay, cannot wait to come back.

It is a small space, but she truly maximized the home making it a comfortable and cozy stay! Host lives next door but is very friendly and honors your privacy!
