We are one of 2 condos on the 19th floor view with great views, privacy and elegant furnishings. There is a fully stocked kitchen with elegant granite counter tops and a Keurig coffee maker. The custom dining room has a table that can double as a desk with 6 comfortable chairs and a refrigerator with complimentary drinks. The living room sofa doubles as a queen bed. There is a 55 inch tv. The 2 bedrooms have high end sheets and their own bathrooms. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the views.

It's situated between Alys Beach and WaterSound/The Big Chill. This large 1-bedroom, ground floor sanctuary is just 15 steps from our private beach access stairs and private beach. Just walk out of the door and onto the beach! It doesn't get much better than that!

We welcome your family to our big balcony corner unit .Our condo is a 2 br 2 bath. Also it can be booked as 3br. Condo has a studio for 3rd bedroom if needed. If studio wanted it needs booking under our 3br listing . Parking is on the gulf and not across the street for short elevator ride up to your condo. You can walk across the street to Shipwreck water park. You can walk to fishing pier in minutes. Onsite gym and gym area . Parking $50
