Vacation rentals with a patio in Greater Skopje

Simon’s place was lovely and we enjoyed our stay! The views from the apartment and balcony are just gorgeous! Simon was kind and tried to make our stay wonderful. Simon supplied us with some water bottles, spices etc. We are 77 &65 yrs old and we were without a car. We walked into the Main Square which was around 3 miles and would take a taxi back. The price varied even when we used Google Translate, told the driver what we paid the day before and he shook his head yes. When we arrived he said 700 and I said you agreed to 365… was going to give him 400 anyway. He said 500 and I said no and he took the 400. All that being said staying at Simon’s was wonderful, only wished we had a car! BE KIND AND PASS IT ON!

The host took care of our every problem to the end, everything that should be in the house was presented to us in a clean and hygienic way. I can say that the house itself has a very nice view and has not searched my own home. I recommend it to everyone

This was a great place to stay in our 2 weeks visit in Macedonia. Fairly close to the central (about 10-15mins walk) and main bus station (10 mins walk). Calm neighbourhood, daytime it gets a bit busy because of the policlinic next to it. But it wasn't an issue at all. Apartment was renovated, exactly like in photos. Only issue was that it wasn't cleaned that well. Some of the dishes and fridge was dirty. Floor was mopped but the dust and dirt wasn't picked up, it was left under the mop. Mirrors weren't wiped, there were stains. Walls were also quite thin, you you could hear neighbours talking but there weren't any loud music during our stay. Nikita was very responsive and fast in replying. Overall, it was a nice place and pleasant experience.

Very nice apartment, clean and modern with close proximity to the city centre. Definitely worth it.

The house was very close to the center, spotless and tidy. We had no problems with check-in and checkout. Communication with Breg went smoothly before and during the stay. You will be very comfortable in the house with enough size and order for families with infants and groups of friends. Highly recommend🙂

I prefer the same place if I come back. I felt at home. When I looked right from the balcony, I was seeing the mountains and the bell, when I looked to the left, I was seeing the square with the statue. The neighborhood and the house were very safe and very peaceful. A more central apartment is difficult to find. Ms. Nuriman described the check-in so nicely that even though it was my first experience on airbnb, I found it very easy. The lady was also very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our time at this house in Skopje. The fact it was a quiet street with 3 minutes walk to Saraj Hugh Park was great for us and the kids. The apprtment is really well bright with sun and large windows. The kitchen is great for cooking and the underfloor heating was a real joy. Thanks!

We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. She and her husband were very helpful to us with everything. Her husband gave us advice on everything we needed, especially both about the house and in the city, and she made sure that we could see different countries. The house was very warm. The rooms were very comfortable. The environment was very calm and we never interacted with people. It took 20 minutes by walking to the center and we never had to take the bus, we always walked for sightseeing.

It was 15 minutes away from the center by car. But there was a big mall nearby. It was easy to find the place.

What an amazing stay I had! I eavrn stayed 2 days more. Very nice house, very privat, nice neighours. You are in about 10min in the city of skopje and in just some minuten on the highway to go discover all places. Darko was an amazing hoast, always reachable and did everything that as guest you have a great stay. Thanks so much. Hope to come back soon!

Jovana is very responsive host, she replied to all our messaged super quickly. Apartment is in the new building. Everything as pictured. View from the window is awesome, to the city and mountains. Also they have own parking lot, which is a good benefit. Definitely recommend.

Excellent place — peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. Felt very safe. The apartment had everything one would need, and there was parking right in front of the place. Malik was a great host and the place is a great value for money.

Despite the late arrival and early check-out, we were able to easily resolve the issue with check in and check out. Spacious, clean, convenient apartment planning, beautiful paintings in the driveway, walking distance to good restaurants, grocery stores and central park. Private underground parking - very convenient given the congestion of parking lots near the house. Very satisfied with your stay. I recommend it.

The apartment was great! Lots of amenities available: coffee, shower products, and even a cable to charge something. The location was ideal for us: within walking distance of the city and easily in all directions by car. The only downside (which the owners of course can't help) was the noise environment at night: a barking dog in front of the door, at 5 in the morning the call prayer from different mosques, and sometimes I heard doors slamming in the hallway around 3 am and loud talking people. As a light sleeper, I was sorry about this, but for others this may be less disturbing.

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.

4th time in Peter's apartment, what to say than fully recommended if you visit Skopje. It is worth every penny you pay for it!
