Amazing place truly, the hosts are so beyond sweet, welcoming, and helpful. Definitely a place I will be returning to. Peaceful, safe, and gorgeous atmosphere.

Jacobs's place is everything one could ask for. It is located in an amazing area close to downtown and a plethora of essential amenities in the city. I truly enjoyed my week's stay here, and I would definitely revisit if I have the chance.

We’d come to town to visit colleges but were finding hotel reviews underwhelming: opting for a 5-star airbnb seemed a safer bet, and Rachel’s place was that and more. It’s a granny flat that you reach down the side of the garage with a nice full kitchen, comfy living room, bath/shower, and good-sized bedroom. We also could use the washer/dryer in a shared passage. The neighborhood was safe and we had a space to park on the drive. Eating places were 10 minutes or so down the road. Rachel really went above and beyond - Wow!! So kind!
