Located in Cozy Lake, Oak Ridge. Great for a romantic getaway, some peace and quiet and to enjoy local outdoor activities. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Wood burning fireplace. Public golf course 2 minutes away. hiking, biking and kayaking. Cozy Lake has a beach and is great for swimming, fishing & kayaking. 2 kayaks provided. Historic Warwick NY is 30 mins away, with wineries. Ideal for 2 adults (over 23) and children. Additional cleaning of frequently touched surfaces in place.
What guests are saying:“Michelle’s place was beautiful, very nice and clean, there were basic essentials everywhere, kitchen had more than the basic average, but no baking stuff, which was fine, the bathroom even had a hair dryer. There was plenty of wood outside to use, and we were fortunate it hadn’t rain before so it was good for to use! The lake was lovely, the beach even had swings. It was very nice and calm during this lockdown. Michelle checked on us during our stay and made sure to be mindful of everything. I would recommend this lovely place!”

2 night minimum on Friday/Saturday. Comfortable large space with Antique bar that actually was a working bar from the 1930's to 1975. Sit outside with supplied/not shared furniture/fire pit to enjoy your views/sunsets of lake. Queen bed, sleeper sofa, full bath/jet tub. kitchenette/coffee.boat/canoe/life jackets. parks nearby. fusball multi table,board games /snacks.Restaurants/attractions nearby. Patio by unit is private. Lake area shared possibly. NO LOUD PARTIES ALLOWED! STRICTLY ENFORCED.

The amenities including kayaking on a nice sized lake, BBQing on the grill, and roasting marshmallows in a campfire were set up wonderfully.
