Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Greene County

stayed for a couple days while picking up our son from college. good location with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful trip with a perfect place to stay! The apartment was very cute, clean, comfy and had everything we could possibly need. Carmen went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent even leaving us an anniversary card and gift which was so thoughtful! We will book with her again next time we are in Dayton!

This was my first time ever booking an air bnb. Needless to say I will never go back to a hotel again!! Look just like the pictures, easy to find great location. The host was very friendly and responsive. Lord knows I have a lot of questions since it was my first time. I was very comfortable at this place. Clean and cozy just like it like it. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay while I was here for my clinical enrichment for grad school. We traveled all the way from VA and just felt right at home. Everything was very clean and organized, and the shower is so spacious and relaxing after a long day. Overall, the place is beautifully decorated, down to the subtle details in the wall tile. I really appreciate Megan's communication with us about checking in early and just making us feel welcome. Absolutely wonderful stay...we will definitely be back for our next OH trip!

Our stay at the Aviator Suite was great. What drew us to this rental was that there were two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, as we were traveling with our son and daughter in law, and most importantly, the rate is affordable. The rental was clean, and Joshua clearly put a lot of effort into the furnishings and decor. The beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure! We will be checking to see if this rental is available on future visits to the area.

We have stayed at Kasey’s place multiple times and it is by far one of our favorites! The home is clean, cozy, and well-furnished. She is a friendly and responsive host as is her husband. He came out when we had a hiccup with the air conditioning and took care of it right away. Highly recommend staying at their home!

This place was so beautiful! The play set outside was so cute and my daughter loved it. The provided toys for my daughter were also a plus considering I forgot almost all of her toys 🤦🏼‍♀️. I would DEFINITELY come back

Casa Clifton is a charming space that was perfect for our long weekend. The local university, which is what brought us to town, was just a quick 5 minute drive away. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Attention to little details like some water bottles in the fridge to a drawer of bathroom essentials show that Alex & Minerva want their guests to have everything they need. Communication was prompt and friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

The home was sparkling clean! All the necessities were already there for our convenience! Very pleasant stay!

We are not a family who travels often, and were blown away by this wonderful home available for our use, directly by the State Park, where our oldest son decided to be married. The home is spacious, clean, super comfortable, and overly accommodating. We had a party of 9, 4 adults and 5 young adults, and felt like we were in a palace for wide open space! We had to decorate 100 cupcakes for the wedding reception, and the kitchen bar was the perfect oversized space for the job, while also allowing our family to eat at the grand adjacent table. Three bathrooms was a plus - AND there are heaters in the ceiling vents! Wow. Beautiful rolling acres of hay fields surround the home, creating lovely sun kissed views. We highly recommend staying at this home!

5 ⭐️'s! We had a wonderful stay; it was perfect for my special needs son who needs carpeted play spaces, close location to everything you need, and accommodated our son's new service dog. Check in and check out were very easy and all instructions were crystal clear, no surprises. Host always responded quickly and friendly. House was well stocked with supplies and clean. Would absolutely stay here again if visiting Xenia or Dayton. Thank you again!

This was a great little place to stay for a quick family visit to Cedarville University. We enjoyed the home and would stay again.

I was a little apprehensive renting a room in a condo but I was welcomed the moment I arrived and felt at home right away...host gives you your space but is also there if you need her. Only thing that was not perfect... is the bed was too firm for my sleeping preference.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Great spot! Easy to get in and out of, and we appreciated the owner’s flexibility.

We could truly feel the love and care in every detail of the house. Everything was perfectly maintained, with clear instructions that made our stay easy and comfortable. We felt completely at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back!
