The apartment has the nicest view to offer and is at the same time centrally located. The city centre and the nearest store are a maximum of 10 minutes' walk. This home is located in one of the absolute best locations in Ilulissat, where you can hear the sea just outside and smell the ice from Ilulissat Ice Fjord. There is a view of Ilulissat Ice Fjord, and from the house you can see both sail out to sea from the nearby harbor. If you are lucky, you can see whales from both the living room and the bedroom during the summer months. The home is centrally located in the city, but in a small area where there is no noise. There is easy access to winter swimming if you want to swim among icebergs.
