A great area to stay at. Lots of things close by if you needed something. Short drive to New York. Debbie gave great instructions on how to get to the cottage house and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going fine. The snow was beautiful in the yard and our dogs loved it since we are from the south and rarely get snow. Would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to come back this way.

Wanda was such a wonderful hostess. Even tho she wasn’t with us, she responded to all questions and requests we had. It was a lovely home and I would recommend staying here.

Brian was an amazing host. Upon arrival he actually took the time to meet up with us on Valentine’s Day to ensure my wife and I were feeling safe secure being in a new area for the first time. He helped us with private parking and walked us into the place to provide a tour. He also left a bottle of wine. This place is perfect it’s nice clean has everything you need to enjoy. I absolutely recommend staying here.

Defina is an amazing host great to work with responds quickly very helpful with directions into NYC. House was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 10 walking distance to the bus stop to get into NYC. Breakfast was an enjoyable plus definitely recommend Definas place we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you again Defina your the best

Emmanuel's place was very nice and clean just as was posted. He was very proactive with communication and very accommodating to my family throughout the weekend. we felt comfortable as if we were home. His location is a hop skip and a jump to new york city which was perfect. As for parking you can find it easy in the day time on the streets however not as easily at night so ubers was our thing. Overall I would definitely encourage people to book with him. Our trip went well and he was nice.

If you come to New York you absolutely must come to Arnol and Ruben's beautiful house! An exceptional place with a super nice interior and a warm welcome. Arnol is a great host (and a very good cook) they kindly offered us two wonderful breakfasts! My mother and I will keep an unforgettable memory of it. If we had to come back to New York this is where we will stay, we had a very cozy room and bathroom. A big thank you to Arnol and Ruben! Ilona & Valerie

Host was very responsive. My family and I were there for 1 night to attend a funeral. The home was clean and presented as advertised. It is split into 2 apts which worked well for my family. The one disappointment was only having 2 TVs in the whole place that were located in the living rooms. Even still, I would definitely return!! (with my tablet this time) The neighborhood is sketchy but, if you have your own transportation; you will be fine. I ended up cooking dinner. I felt at home!! Thanks for having us Oneeba!!

Phil & Gio were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home. Phil provided us with useful information on how to get around in the area. The place was very clean and it was easy to walk to the bus and light rail. We will definitely go back and recommend it to anyone!

Jalisa and Kershawn were super friendly and responsive. They always responded right away and had amazing recommendations for foods. The unit is so pretty and clean made me feel right at home. There is a supermarket a block away which is always a win for the days you want to cook and shopping area about 10 minute walk so great location.

Alex was super friendly and very responsive to all of our messages. The first night, he stayed up and made sure to wait for me and my girlfriend to get inside, even though we both had late arrivals. He gave some recommendations and was very accommodating. The room is definitely cozy and we both fit snugly, although we weren't in the apartment much because we were nearby the Metro and more. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay with a friendly host, this is the place to go!

Lee's place is absolutely gorgeous. Well decorated, super clean, modern and looks just like photos. A nourishing respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. It literally felt like I was staying in my own hotel room but also with family. Lee was a gracious host, has the sweetest dog and really make me feel like I was home. He even included complimentary laundry service which was a huge treat. If you are looking for a nurturing place to stay during your visit to NYC, don't hesitate, book now! I definitely will again.

Eleonora’s place in Greenpoint is a great option, particularly for a larger group. I slept on the very comfortable bed on the main floor, and there are two more beds on the lower level. Due to time constraints, I didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the jacuzzi tub or the backyard space. The location is close to two subway lines, and many good restaurants. We didn’t cross paths but Eleonora was very responsive and also accommodating, letting me check in an hour early, and then letting me leave my bag in the apartment until late afternoon.
