Monthly Rentals in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Jon is the best host! He truly goes out of the way to make your experience as top-of-the-line as it possibly could be — from offering to stock up the fridge and supplies, to being super flexible about checking in and out, and even offering a free mid-stay clean. He was incredibly helpful with recommendations and responsive to any questions I had. I couldn't recommend him as a host more or have had a better experience in his apartment. Not to mention that Greenpoint is probably the coolest neighborhood in Brooklyn right now! Book his place — you definitely won't regret it. Thanks again, Jon!

I stayed in the apartment for six weeks. I found it to be exactly as the pictures show. I felt at home comfortable in the space and neighbourhood. It's a fairly quiet part of Greenpoint but it's close enough to restaurants and shops, and you can walk to the ferry to get to Manhattan, or take the subway. The traffic on the nearby road means there is some noise which I'm sensitive to so sometimes I used earplugs to sleep. The bed is very comfortable, the shower works well and the kitchen has a coffee machine. I'm a single female and felt safe in the area and in the building. Ziggi communicated well with me throughout. I definitely recommend the space and I'd say it's great value and good home base from which to explore NYC.

Our stay at Rachel & Bart's place was amazing - it really felt like our short term home in Brooklyn. It was spacious, quiet, beautifully and comfortably decorated, with plenty of space for storing our things to really feel unpacked and at home. They have the space prepared with anything you need for cooking, cleaning, and more. The neighborhood could not be better - it is quiet but a stone's throw from bustling Greenpoint and Williamsburg with easy access to transit. Lots of amazing restaurants, bars and shops within a block or two. Finally, Rachel took the time to really make us feel at home and was super clear and available whenever we had a question. So often when we visit NY we feel uncomfortable and ready to leave, but this time we felt like we had a place of our own to take the city at our own pace. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend staying at Jakir’s Greenpoint apartment. It is right on Franklin among the fun but is not too loud. The unit itself is in great condition, had everything we needed including AC which was much needed as it was abnormally hot during my time in NYC. The apartment was stocked with snacks, coffee and all the necessary supplies to make me feel at home. Jakir was also a great host and very communicative, even refilling the coffee pods when they ran out during our trip.
