Come enjoy a secluded stay close to the Niobrara River. We are located close to the river for tubing or kayaking, Smith Falls for some great views or swimming, a great fishing pond and so much more! In the evenings you can do some grilling and listen to the creek that runs right through the backyard. Whether you are hunting, enjoying the river, or just looking for a secluded stay out of town, we would love to have you. Please NO PETS as we have animals of our own that live here!

“Our stay was a wonderful one! The thoughtful and welcoming touches are a rare find and were much appreciated. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space and was nicely maintained, clean and well kept. This would be a perfect location for a Niobrara trip. I would highly recommend staying at Grandma’s House!”
