Here you will find a clean cozy half basement guesthouse with everything you need when traveling with family and friends - full kitchen, washer, dryer, street parking or off street parking. It is a half basement level so usually a little colder. Convenient location near public transportations. Short distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping malls, movie theater, bowling alley. 17 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to airport by car.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with quick access to I-84. We are just 12 minutes to Gresham but have the feeling of being secluded. In the winter come for the wind and mother nature! The unit has a private entrance in the back lower level of our home. It includes a separate BR, living area w/ gas fireplace, dining table w full kitchen. We are out in the country and do have a miniature donkey, a sheep and chickens. No Pets allowed.
