Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

56m2 chalet with all comforts including: On the ground floor: A kitchen (oven, microwave, induction plate, fridge freezer, dishwasher) open to living room with sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet. Upstairs: A bedroom with a 140 cm bed + closet, a second bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds and a 90 cm single bed + closet. Linens are not provided in the cottage. Cleaning at the end of the rental is the responsibility of the tenants.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Discover our 22 m2 apartment, located in the heart of the resort in a quiet residence with pool and tennis. It is equipped with 5 beds: 1 new sofa bed in the main room, a sofa bed and a mezzanine bed in the heated mountain corner entrance. It has a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave oven, dishes, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub, a balcony with unobstructed mountain views and not overlooked.
