“If anyone is needing a place to stay in this area then this is place to stay. Beautiful surrounding countryside. The annex has all you need. Really well thought out and designed. Glorious balcony area. Lindsay is a superb host. Warm, friendly, honest and a true gentleman. Lovely welcoming touches in the annex such as tea, coffee, snacks and beer and wine. My girlfriend and dog also enjoyed the stay very much. As we were on a charity dog walk, timings were unpredictable but Lindsay was very flexible and we exchanged great communication throughout. He even arranged a romantic thunderstorm for us in the evening!”

“We had a lovely time at the cottage! Helen was really welcoming and it was nice knowing she was there if we needed but we didn’t as we had everything we needed and more. Lovely touches of it being warm (and can change the heating), complimentary breakfast and just generally how everything’s set up. We’d definitely return if we were ever in the area again”

“It was a pleasure to be met and shown around by Helen, the host, I arrived late in the day but everything was ready for my arrival.
