Trampoline and soccer for the kids and barbecue coziness on the terrace at night for the adults and family. 20 minutes from Central Copenhagen. The train station is 5 minutes from the house and the train takes 15 minutes and you are in the middle of Copenhagen. Ishøj beach is 900 meters from the house and can be reached in 15 min or bike in 7 min. Lovely beach with sand and very shallow water for toddlers and a super delicious cafe next door.

The center contains 65 shops, with both a large Bilka, several restaurants, a large cinema. 25 minutes to Roskilde, where you can experience Roskilde Cathedral and the popular Viking Ship Museum. Train/motorway Copenhagen city center is only 24 minutes away. Close to the house is a nice lake and lovely green area, play areas, football fields at the end of the road, etc. Lovely child-friendly garden with soccer goal, playhouse, trampoline, sandbox. 2 terraces.

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

This unique property is among the first houses at the coast. It had a direct view of the sea and has been named "Havblik" (Sea view) since 1875. Today, the old house has been restored with a modern aesthetic. It's large and spacious, and you will immediately notice the ceiling with visible wooden beams and the calm cozy atmosphere. Open the large double doors and connect the cozy garden with the living room and kitchen. From the house, you can walk 200 meter to a wide bathing beach.

Our amazing house is located in beautiful nature directly by nice white beach with sea view from all rooms. Olsbækken is a river where trout some times of the year. It runs along the grounds and here you can sit on our own stairs and look at the ducks swimming by. There are nice sea kayaks and bikes that can be used. The house is located in the old beach neighborhood with no street lights so you can see the starry sky. Only 20 minutes from the city.

Hav en god tur i Danmark i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig. Huset ligger lige ved smuk strand, havn og stort indkøbscenter samt Tog eller egen bil til Københavns Centrum er 24 min. Møns klints Geo center 50 min. Roskilde domkirke 25 min. Hamlets slot 55 min. Kulturelle steder og underholdning er inden for kort afstand. Huset indeholder 3 gode soveværelser og stor stue med åben køkken samt 2 toiletter. Parkering til 2 biler ved indgangen.

Central apartment in quiet surroundings

Private studio apartment close to public transportation and beach. There is coffee/tea for free use and always clean bed linen and towels. The apartment is bright and spacious and is located in green surroundings 450 meters from Hundige station and a short walk from the water. From Hundige station, you can take the E-train and be in Copenhagen in 20 minutes. There is free parking. Note that my cat will not be at home during your stay.
