House is spacious, accommodates 9 people, it has 4 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, 3 balconies and is equipped with everything necessary for a family or group of friends. We offer our guests to stay in our house and enjoy a cozy home, a tranquil atmosphere, the beautiful Black Sea and black magnetic sand beach, for which the coastline of Guria is famous.

A modern living area is showcased, featuring large, floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic sea views. A sleek black sofa curves along the room, complemented by a minimalist dining table and chairs. A striking chandelier hangs from the ceiling, adding elegance to the space.

У дома расположен самый большой молл, а также множество ресторанов, кафе, аквапарк и детские аттракционы.  Двухэтажные апартаменты площадью 120 кв.м. с тремя спальнями, двумя ванными комнатами и гардеробной комнатой. Пол с подогревом - по весей площади и кондиционеры в каждой комнате отдельно.  Ремонт апартаментов окончен в Июне 2024 года.
