Vacation rentals with lake access in Grisons

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Tenuta Casa Cima ! La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle, l'accès par téléphérique privatif est un vrai plus, les enfants ont adoré, tout comme la piscine et la magnifique chute d'eau qui offre des accès à la baignade féériques. Côté restaurants, on vous conseille La Perla à Sant'Antonino, ainsi que le Del Ponte à Cugnasco et la Trattoria Gudese à Gudo même. On reviendra avec grand plaisir et on remercie encore Ruben pour toute son aide et la qualité des informations fournies.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Giulio ust ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und wenn man Hilfe benötigt ist er sofort zur Stelle. Tolle Gegend um Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Gerne immer wieder!

Abbiamo trascorso una notte nel chalet di Ettore dopo una giornata di sci e siamo stati benissimo. L'alloggio è a 10 minuti dagli impianti di risalita di Airolo in una zona abitata tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile. L'alloggio è caldo e confortevole, i letti comodissimi e Ettore è molto disponibile e molto premuroso verso i suoi ospiti. Ci ha anche consigliato vari ristoranti in zona. Insomma, consigliatissimo! Beautiful house within a beautiful little village. Perfect for anybody wanting to enjoy the amazing nature that place has to offer. Vort is a great host. Super easy communication, smooth check-in and check-out, and overall very helpful. Cant wait to be back.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen in einer Chalet Siedlung unterhalb der Skipiste. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Wir haben unsere Ferien in eurem Haus sehr genossen und den grosszügigen Wohnraum fanden wir toll. Wir wurden wunderbar betreut und mit einem tollen Willkommensgruss verwöhnt. Danke für alles!

Die Unterkunft war sehr grosszügig, gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Buchung, das Check-in, die Betreuung vor Ort und das Check-out hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Ivana war sehr gut, vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben unsere Familienferien sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

Le logement correspond à l'annonce. Très bien situé et facile d'accès. Idéal pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. En plus tout près, il y a des restaurants, boulangeries et magasins accessible à pied.

Eine fantastische Wohnung in Laax, nur wenige Gehminuten von den Bergbahnen entfernt. Die Anweisungen zum Zugang zur Wohnung und zum Parken des Autos in der Garage waren überaus klar. Ein perfekter Parkplatz in der Garage steht zur Verfügung, von dem aus der Skikeller leicht erreichbar ist. Dort kann man seine gesamte Skiausrüstung sicher hinter einer abgeschlossenen Tür abstellen. Ein zusätzlicher Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür mit einer Besucherkarte war ebenfalls problemlos verfügbar. Die Wohnung war unglaublich sauber, und die grundlegenden Küchenutensilien waren alle vorhanden. Morgens kann man in nur zwei Minuten zur Coop-Tankstelle laufen, um frische Brötchen zu holen. Auch andere Grundnahrungsmittel sind dort erhältlich. Falls wir zusätzliche Fragen hatten, war Valerie jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen. Keine Frage war zu viel. Nochmals vielen Dank, Valerie, für alles! 🫶

Selten eine so nette, zuvorkommende und kommunikative Gastgeberin - samt herzensguter Mama - erlebt. Sollte es uns je wieder nach Laax verschlagen, dann nur die Unterkunft bei Euch, das ist alternativlos. Herzlichen Dank und ebensolche Grüße

The apartment was unique, cozy and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and the concierge staff were wonderful. That said, the place lacked the sense that it had been prepared for guests in a personal way as it might be if you were working directly with an owner - no coffee, no bathroom amenities except for small bars of soap. Very bare and minimalist in that respect. We were given a set of instructions about keeping noise to a minimum and not doing laundry or taking showers after 10:00PM and told to remove all bedding prior to our departure. I've stayed in more than 20 Airbnbs to date and these guidelines seem atypical. We very much enjoyed the stay though and the location was central to all that we wanted to see in the area. Thank you!

Wonderful apartment in a tranquille Alpine village. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and probably with the most well equipped kitchen I've experienced during my many years as AirBnB guests. Overall - the apartment was _very_ generously equipped (not only the kitchen) in a way few apartments are. You'll have virtually everything you need, and more. Lots of space inside, seating areas, sofas etc and a breathtaking view over the village and the surrounding Alps. The ski lift is a very short walk away, and since there was not snow in the village we walked to the lift. Not a problem at all, it's super close. There's a small but very well equipped grocery store literally 3 min walk from the apartment.  The hosts were enormously helpful and generous. There was a bottle of delicious Prosecco and a handwritten letter waiting for us. Such a nice gesture - we felt instantly at home.  I'm giving this apartment my sincerest recommendations! Hat alles super geklappt, die Unterkunft war gross und geräumig. Würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

Der Kontakt mit Tamara war unkompliziert. Es folgten detaillierte Infos zur Wohnung sowie zur Umgebung. Die Lage ist tip top, Bushaltestelle vom Sportbus in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf. Nähe zum See und zu den Bergbahnen. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und man kann viele Sachen mitnutzen (Trip Trap, Bücher, Spiele, Kaffeemaschine, TV-Streaming, Internet, Schwimmbad, Sauna, Tiefgarage, Skiraum, usw). Küchenmässig hat es alles was man benötigt (inkl. Racletteofen und Fonduegeschirr). Heimelige Wohnung. Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Kleine Küche hat erstaunlich viel Stauraum.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit Kleinkind (Brio-Bahn, Bilderbücher und vieles mehr), ideal um mal kurz auf die Lopie zu springen (2min Gehdistanz), Volg für Lebensmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. 100% empfehlenswert.
