There is also an outdoor sink on the east side terrace as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly-built shower and laundry room as well as a frozen toilet a short distance away.

Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.
