Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the dock, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50 SEK/day) The lake is about 10 meters from the cabin. You'll even have access to the wood-fired sauna on the property. The accommodation is well-suited for families of up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, a 15-minute bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own patio.

Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful accommodation in the middle of the forest. In this tree house, you live up among the trees in a peaceful and quiet place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.

Dammstugan is located on the beautiful Asby headland. Here you live in the middle of beautiful nature with a nice view of the landscape. Large spacious porch with both day and evening sun. Hiking trails close to the cabin. Possibility of nice fishing in beautiful Ödesjön, where you can walk in 10 minutes. There are plenty of pike and perch. It is also possible to rent a rowing boat. Free access to trampoline, swing and toys. Guests need to bring their own bed linens and towels. Possibility to charge the electric car

Grankvistgården (Farmhouse)

Now you have the opportunity to stay in our farmhouse at Grankvistgården from the 18th century in the middle of central Vimmerby. Access to a wonderful large garden with a gazebo and parking in the yard. Here you live centrally but privately and are close to both shops, restaurants and Astrid Lindgrens World. The house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children as well as a small child as there is a crib. Alternatively 4 adults. Sleeps and towels are not included. The tenant cleans before check-out.

Welcome to a charming farm cottage from the 1880s, just 10 minutes from Vimmerby. Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

The farm Skuru is located near Katthult and here you rent your own house on the farm. 25 min drive to Astrid Lindgrens Värld Perfect for guests who want a quiet and pleasant holiday in the countryside. In 2020, we have renovated a kitchen, groventré and laundry and also built a brand new bathroom downstairs. Here is close to the lake with boat and swimming. Warm welcome!

Small village with wild nature around

This comfortable accommodation is in a separate house with its own entrance. The house itself is built in the traditional Swedish style: timber, red and white. It is neighbouring the host’s villa and has a lovely garden with a little stream crossing the lawn. It sits in a picturesque central corner of the village Kisa, with services and culture within 5 minutes walking, and still in the middle of wild forests.
