Beachfront vacation rentals in Gros Islet

Excellent stay!! Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Lots of stairs to get to our cottage. Having the restaurant on site and the boat to get us from side to side on the harbour was great!

Staying at the Treehouse was truly magical.  It was an experience unlike any other in our travels.  Martin and Annett have maintained a rustic and open feel that not only allows you to appreciate the nature you are in, but the community of Margot Bay.  We felt very supported and Martin was helpful with travel tips and logistical support.  Follow his advice for local guides and hikes.  Everything was just great.  The weather was just perfect for Treehouse which is exposed to the outdoors and could be very buggy. (It wasn’t in Mid April) We can’t wait to return to Treehouse someday.

Our stay at Ginger Cottage was incredible! The cottage is located above the beach and has a beautiful view of the bay, and very nice for watching sunsets. When we arrived, we met George, who helped us get across the bay in the ferry and showed us the way to the cottage. He was very helpful in getting to know the area! The cottage itself is very clean and comfortable, the only thing to keep in mind is that there are no actual window panes, insulated walls or A/C so the temperature largely depends on outside weather. When we stayed there, it was high 70s, low 80s so this was not an issue. Multiple fans are also provided to cool down if that’s a little too warm for you. The only problem we ran into was that the WiFi didn’t work properly as it didn’t reach into the cottage very far, but Lucretia was very communicative and explained that it was a new router and it didn’t have the same reach, so she would install a new system after our stay for future guests. Highly recommend this place!

Beau petit logement cozy, très propre, sécuritaire et il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour notre séjour. La vue de la terrasse est sensationnelle. Nous avons bien apprécié l'espace lounge et la piscine. L'hôte Patricia est très réactive, répond rapidement à toute question et son conjoint Justin qui était sur place était toujours à l'écoute des besoins de ses locataires et tellement adorable, de même que Keizah, la gestionnaire immobilier. Je vais aussi m'ennuyer de ma nouvelle amie, Polka Dot, une mignonne petite chatte. Sainte-Lucie est vraiment une île à découvrir et ses plages sont magnifiques. Il est préférable de louer une voiture durant le séjour. Je recommande vivement la Ville Flamboyant. ❤️

Maggie's place is truly wonderful. The views of the ocean are incredible and access to a basically private beach is unbeatable. Since you are on the Atlantic side of the island, there is some risk of seaweed buildup on the beach but there are still parts of the beach to lay on. There was some bad planning on the hosts part for some construction happening right beside the house which disrupted on of our days, however when we mentioned this, they rescheduled the construction to a later day when we left. This was much appreciated and a sign of a great host. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend some time away from the tourists on the West side of the island and relax in a home with a nice ocean breeze and some nice wavy waters.

Stephen was very responsive anytime I had a question. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend.

Romuld a été très accueillant et chaleureux. On a pu profiter d’un bon apéro avec un de ses délicieux punch fait par ses soins. Durant notre séjour, lui ainsi que sa voisine très gentille et serviable ont été présents et réactifs pour nous aider à prendre nos repères et faciliter notre séjour. Je recommande chaudement aux voyageurs enclins de découverte et de partage. La plage est située à quelques pas en voiture comme à pied mais pour plus de confort dans la mobilité je préconise la location d’un véhicule pour profiter de l’ensemble des plages environnantes. Merci Romuld et Marie-Louise pour cette belle expérience.

This was an amazing house. The location was fabulous and our host Esther was top notch. She was able to provide all of us massages in our balconies, make dinner reservations and placed our orders, and book excursions when needed.

Tout était parfait. Dès le départ, la communication était claire et rapide. Ensuite, l’accompagnement de Taja était aussi très bien. Le plus exceptionnel fut l’emplacement; la proximité de Marigot Bay! Cet endroit est magique et très romantique. Les restaurants sont accessible en petits bateaux gratuit alors cela est très particulier et agréable. Je recommande à tout les couples en quête de quiétude et d’intimité. Notre séjour fut plus que parfait! Merci Christine et Taja!!

Iain's place in Cap Cove was the perfect location for our large family week in St. Lucia! The location was unbeatable, with an easy drive to the Rodney Bay and Gros Islet areas, close access to so many restaurants and beaches, and convenient drive to the supermarket. With one pool in the backyard and another massive community pool steps from the door, plus a 2-minute walk to beach and convenience to Marjorie's bar, we couldn't ask for more location-wise. The estate pool and the nearby beach were never crowded. Just beware, Rodney Bay area is a hairy drive from the airport, but we are confident drivers and felt it was worth the trip. The house was gorgeous and the kitchen was beautiful (albeit marginally stocked). We made do with having AC just in the bedrooms and not in the common areas, but it was a bit hot on nights we decided to cook in. There was plenty of space for our group of 8 teenagers and adults though. We would definitely come back!

We had an amazing experience at Carlos and Jamie's place. I had two other guest and we all concluded it was our best Saint Lucian Airbnb stay yet. The kitchen, bathroom, and patio all had a modern touch to it, giving us a true luxury experience in a private setting. The kitchen alone was complete with all the gadgets you need to prepare an amazing meal, the bathrooms walk-in shower was refreshing to use with dual shower heads, and the private pool was a plus to relax in after exploring Saint Lucia. One of the stellar features of vacationing with Jamie and Carlos is the chauffeur Nigel that offered to pick us up from the airport, and even offered to drive us around the town of Gros Islet. My all time favorite experience in rooming with Jamie and Carlos was the accessibility to the beach that was just walking distance down the road, I highly recommend coming here it was truly a beautiful, convenient luxury experience.

Alex’s place was absolutely amazing! The villa and everything is just as the pictures described. Alex was the most wonderful host who goes above and beyond for his guest . He had a delicious breakfast made for us that was not only visually appealing but mouthwatering delicious tasting and accommodated our diet . I loved every moment from the view I had on the balcony in my room, to the views from the refreshing infinity pool. Alex made reservations for us when we could not find snapper at a few restaurants. It was so great the restaurant treated us like top tier guest because of Alex and the meal was 5 stars. Alex is very accommodating and responsive. To top it all off he introduced us to the BEST driver Gus who took care of us during the stay and made sure we experienced everything wonderful St. Lucia that had to offer, and treated us like family . I am truly grateful and blessed to have found such a host and atmosphere that made my vacation one of the BEST. Thank you Alex .

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, so the grocery stores were closed. And while the map shows nearby restaurants within walking distance, they’re all within Sandals resort and only available to guests or with a day or evening pass. We didn’t want to drive unfamiliar roads at night so we ran out of options for dinner. Alex went above and beyond and offered to order from Domino’s and bring it to us! Castries is a short drive and we enjoyed walking around. It is a Cruise Ship port so there are lots of local vendors to buy souvenirs from. The condo itself is lovely, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views and balconies to enjoy the outdoors. Ours was on the top floor so it’s a bit of a hike to get upstairs but once you’re there you can relax. There is a walking path to the beach with about 50 stairs from the property to the sand and has a wooden handrail. The only other people on the beach were Sandals guests and a few locals. Overall, a lovely experience and a slice of paradise!

Carlos and Jamie were amazing hosts. And we look forward to our next stay and continued friendship we’ve built. This air bnb was top notch, although the pictures shown are exactly what you get. It doesn’t do it justice. This place was warm and welcoming. Making sure you had everything. And right at home. We won’t stop talking about it. Checkin was easy, check out was easier. We also took advantage of a car rental which was incredibly nice. If you are looking for a home away from home do not hesitate to stay here. It’s worth every bit. Thanks again and we look forward to further visits.

This was my first ever experience with staying at an Airbnb and staying here was a dream i felt right at home I even considered moving in fr🤣🤣 but great host great hospitality and all around wonderful experience. Thanks for making my stay a memorable one hopefully i get to stay there again 10/10 would recommend.

We stayed at the Moringa Villa- Top Room for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Spectacular views from the porch and infinity pool and helpful and friendly hosts - we loved that they helped us arrange transportation from the airport and even a couple’s massage the first day we arrived. Great recommendations in the guidebook they provided - highly recommend doing some of the activities (we loved the Saphire Falls and Jungle Hike and close proximity to beaches with amazing snorkeling). Hope to come back again soon!!!

This was my second time staying in Haidar’s unit, he was very communicative and responsive to me, the condo was clean and the exterior and pool were very nice and inviting. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was a delight and a great warm holiday away from the cold English weather. Suzette was very accessible and quick to respond to a variety of questions, including arranging a car seat for the taxi from the airport which was very helpful (especially for 90 min taxi ride). Location was great, 5 minute walk from the beach and a very safe outdoor space for a family with two boys under two years old. Rodney Bay had everything we needed and the marina, Pigeon Island and Windjammer Resort are short taxi rides away. Jacques is a restaurant walking distance away which is really recommended, especially for the ambience.

Très beau logement, résidence sécurisé et paisible. Les salles de bains sont très grandes. Il n’y a aucun défaut. C’est une pépite rare à SteLucie. Kimberly est une hôte très sympathique, toujours prête à aider, très arrangeante ! J’espère vite refaire un séjour chez elle.

We had an amazing time at the Still Beach Resort! Excellent location - you can get on the beach in 30 seconds! The space was clean, nicely appropriated; the bed was very comfortable and the deck area spacious with a nice breeze. It was super walkable to town, and just down the beach there were lounge chairs and shade huts for rent ($20US/day), food and drink vendors, etc.. The restaurant below the condo (separate ownership) was a nice amenity; 2 out of 3 meals were great. Roads are mostly well paved but very curvy, be prepared if sensitive to motion sickness. Taxis worked out well. There is AC in the bedroom but it was hot in the living space. The portable fan was broken. The bathroom is open to the bedroom at the top so no sound privacy. The view of the PiIton from the deck was mostly obstructed by vegetation but amazing ocean views. We needed a few things; Melicia and her team were very responsive. A few more utensils and kitchenware would be a good addition. Highly recommend!

Angela and her family are VERY kind, quick to respond and helpful. The Apartment was Beautiful, with a stunning view over the water and very well equipped. Everything we needed was there, especially the ceiling fans worked really well and quietly. The beach can be reached by foot and is very nice and was surveilled by security guards whenever we were there. You can also walk to the capital of St Lucia or grab a Taxi to another place.

Great modern place to stay in the northern part of the island. Quiet and close to lots of attractions. Cleopatra was very helpful and accommodating during the stay!
