The apartment also includes a separate washroom with a sink and a hairdryer, as well as a shower. There is also a TV, dressers, and a dining table with 2 chairs. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Beautiful, spacious 4 rooms in a very quiet location. 1 room with double bed (200 x 200 cm), 1 room with large bed (140 x 200 cm) and a guest bed (90 x 190 cm) 1 living room with couch, dining table, TV, 1 anteroom and shower room. Additional floor folding mattress available on request. Microwave, refrigerator, hot water kettle, dishes, etc., but no own cooking area - if necessary, the kitchen (one floor higher) can be shared after a short consultation. Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Come through a separate entrance into a newly renovated apartment and enjoy the view over fields, as well as the Elbe-Lübeck Canal. Here is the ideal starting point for fantastic bike tours on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal, to Lübeck, the Baltic Sea and the Lauenburg Lakes. In the immediate vicinity you will find forests, beautiful lakes and historically grown small towns. In just 20 minutes by car you can reach the old town of Lübeck.

Welcome to beautiful Ratzeburg! You will stay in the "old mill" in Ratzeburg and thus in one of the oldest buildings in the city. The apartment was furnished in 2023. You will stay quietly yet centrally. The lakes are only about 300 meters away and the city center is also within walking distance. The size of the apartment is about 33 square meters. Small but nice ;-) However, the kitchen does not have an oven. There is a private parking space and you can also sit outside

The slightly different apartment

Our small, nice apartment on the 2nd floor is suitable for 2 people. Due to the penthouse roof, it has a great room height and is bright and friendly. In the living area you have a large TV and a cozy sofa. There is also the small, well-equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and a refrigerator. A parking space is right by the house. Distance to Ratzeburg 3 km The staircase is used by another person, as our office is located on the 1st floor.

Quiet, bright apartment near the lake

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

Beautiful apartment

Our apartment is happy to have guests. The apartment is large and can accommodate four people - but is ideal for two people. It is located at the gates of Lübeck. Nestled in the beautiful hilly landscape of Lake Ratzeburg. Here you can take great bike tours into the surrounding area. The nearby forest also invites you to discover it. Are you staying short? Then please bring towels and linens. This helps keep the overnight price low.

Spacious three-room flat in the historical center

The apartment is located on the first floor of a classicistic house right in the old town. It comprises 120 qm of living space with old plank floors. A spacious living room with solid wood kitchen and historic beams provides a cozy atmosphere. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. In addition, the apartment has a 20 qm bathroom with large bathtub and shower, a quiet, sunny balcony and a patio in the garden.

… cozy 7, Netflix, café…

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is only recommended for a short period. Living and sleeping take place in one room (see drawing). Food preparation is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven or microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.

Small studio apartment

The small studio apartment is a quiet, cozy and relaxed starting point to conquer the scenic surroundings or Hamburg, Lübeck, Schwerin, many idyllic small towns or the Baltic Sea coast. Hiking and cycling trails lead directly past the house, several bathing lakes are nearby. The studio is pretty and conveniently furnished. ATTENTION! I provide sheets and towels, but bed COVERS only for a fee.
