We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Loving holiday mechanic apartment near Linz. We live in a very rural area, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for those passing through, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube cycle path) and holidaymakers. Privacy is ensured with your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/ day Erw. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis was placed on child-friendliness.

Our house is located directly on the Linz main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the main square 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. The new apartment is located in a particularly beautiful and modern addition in the center of Linz. It is very spacious and has a loggia overlooking the city. It stretches over 2 floors, large glazing floods the apartment with lots of light.
