Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Our vacation home is located in Wüstenrot in the district of Busch in the middle of the Schwäbisch Franconian Forest Nature Park. The farmhouse from 1850 is quiet and idyllically right on the edge of the forest and surrounded by orchards. With us, fox and rabbit say "good night" and from time to time you can also watch a deer sitting. If you love nature and tranquility and want to relax, we are going to the right place! The nearby and within walking distance of 3D arches is a highlight!

We offer you a lovingly furnished guest room with a separate entrance – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The room is equipped with a comfortable 1.40 m bed, sofa and armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small kitchen with basic equipment and a smart TV. The private bathroom is located opposite in the hallway. You can reach the guest room via your own terrace (6 steps). This is a non-smoking room.

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.

Our vacation home is located in the Swabian Franconian Forest. The cottage is ideal for friends, work colleagues, families, smaller groups and sports clubs for recreation. You can stay in this house with up to 9 persons. The house has a very nice warm fireplace that heats the house in the winter months. WiFi is very good. A sauna can be booked not far from the house.
