Tastefully furnished finished attic apartment with 45 sqm in Kolbermoor near Rosenheim. It is located in an absolutely quiet residential area. The apartment has 5 sleeping places (double bed with very good mattresses and slats, 1 big pull-out couch, if nec. 1 single bed, 1 Cot), a kitchen, a large desk and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Freshly renovated. Access to the 2nd floor through our house. Stable Wi-Fi, TV with our Netfl. account. 4 singe beds each for 1 person is also possible

They took us in during Coronavirus when I didn't have anywhere else to go and I thank them for their hospitality. Great stay overall, only things I would improve is to make where the parking is more obvious because it's not right next to the house. Maybe a sign or something. Along the same lines, it would be GREAT if you put a sign out at the road to help people find the driveway. It is a shared driveway and the house numbers in this cluster are out of order. We drove past the entrance a few times. I still give full stats, but I just wanted to let them know. Thanks again!”
This holiday home is perfect if you enjoy staying close to nature. It is situated in a village called Langenpfunzen 4km/2.5miles from Rosenheim. Use it as a base for cycling tours, hiking trips or for one-day trips to the alps or the Chiemsee (The biggest lake in Bavaria). The cities Munich or Salzburg can easily be reached either by car or by train. Enjoy a splendid evening in one of the many restaurants the old town of Rosenheim or stay in the holiday home and have a barbeque.

Walking to the center about half an hour and by car in 5 minutes, so great location. The apartment is really big. Good equipment in the kitchen. There is also a sofa bed where a third person can easily sleep. A parking lot along the property is just around the corner. Gladly again.”
