Sulzbach am Main ist ein Markt im unterfränkischen Landkreis Miltenberg, liegt rund 7 km südlich von Aschaffenburg am Westrand des Spessarts und direkt am Main. ANKOMMEN & WOHLFÜHLEN! In unserem ca. 30 qm großen „Studio“ bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt! Das helle und freundliche Studio ist modern und attraktiv eingerichtet. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist durch das gemütliche 5* Boxspringbett und das hochwertige Schlafsofa sicher! Außerdem befindet sich eine sehr hochwertige, vollausgestattete Küche in dem „Studio“ sowie ein Essbereich. Unseren Gästen steht ein Satelliten-TV 40“- LED und kostenfreies WLAN zu Verfügung. Im eigenen Badezimmer finden unsere Gäste ein WC, Waschbecken, Föhn und eine Dusche. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls enthalten. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. Equipped with high speed WiFi TV with cable connection. The music system can be controlled via Bluetooth. The windows can be darkened.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Farbenfrohes mini apartment auf ca 21qm in dem sie alles finden was sie für den Alltag brauchen. Das Bett hat 140 x 200 cm. Toilette und Dusche sind getrennt. Die Küche kann man zumachen das Küche Küche bleibt und Schlafzimmer Schlafzimmer. Der Direkten Anschluss an die B469 bringt den Flughafen in FfM in 30 Minuten Reichweite. Frankfurt, Offenbach, Darmstadt, Hanau sind in 45 min gut zu erreichen. Aschaffenburg ist nur 12 Km entfernt - Miltenberg 30 KM.

Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
