Find peace and quiet on our small farm. Drink your morning coffee right next to the pasture where our trotters spend part of the day. On the farm, we raise trotters, African dwarf goats, small Dexter cows and chickens are here to brighten up your life. When you want to go to the water, there are both swimming from the sandy beach and cliffs within a radius of 6 kilometers. Visit Fyrudden, in summer time there is a daily boat trip out in the archipelago. The grocery store is open all year round. Nearby there are restaurants, pizzerias, etc. .

House with lake plot, jetty, sandy beach, maximum evening sun

Two charming newly decorated houses, large private garden, private jetty, boat, sauna and double patios with sun from morning to sunset. This holiday home is in the best location with a private south-facing lake plot without neighbors and with maximum evening sun. Here, 1-2 families can stay and enjoy swimming, fishing and activities. The guest house has a private bathroom and 4 beds. The large house has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, porch, bedroom with double bed and sleeping alcove with double bed. Rented out Thursday-Thursday.

Traditional archipelago home

The house has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 6 fixed beds, 2 sofa beds & 3 extra beds to bring out. Outdoor areas on the dock and outside the house, as well as a barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, small oven, coffee maker, etc.). No running water (There are jugs that can be refilled at a nearby residence). Dry toilet to be maintained by the tenant. NOTE: Round-trip journeys are booked by the guest via Östgötatrafiken (line 776, pier 7, from Fyrudden) or with Fyrudden taxi boats. Cleaning is done by the tenant.

Secluded cottage by a small lake

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A small cottage located by a lake with access to its own jetty, wood-fired sauna, boat and free fishing. There is access to, among other things, a refrigerator, TC (dry toilet), fresh water in a jug and charging via a USB port and solar cells (see picture). The cabin is heated with wood. Sanitary facilities are 4 km away with access to shower and toilet. There is a forest road to the cabin. The guest cleans themselves and brings their own sheets and firewood.

Cottage Kolmården

Relax at Bråviken's northern beach in a unique and peaceful accommodation with lovely views all year round. The cozy 30 sqm house accommodates everything you need for comfortable self-catering, whether you stay one night or several weeks. With proximity to train, bus, Norrköping and Kolmården Zoo, the location is perfect for culture, hiking and nature experiences. Local restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Newly built guesthouse “Ludwig” in Västervik/Gränsö

Just a few minutes from central Västervik is the Gränsö Nature Reserve, a peninsula by the sea where nature takes centre stage. In a quiet area, we rent out our guest house with a partial view of the water and nature as our closest neighbour. Here, you wake up to a sparkling sea and birdsong, and fall asleep to the silence of the forest. There are several swimming areas, and the nearest one is about 150 metres from the guest house. You can start hiking trails right around the corner from the house.

Cozy cottage of 32 m2 in beautiful Gryt archipelago

Ladda upp inför hösten med lugnet och naturen i Gryts skärgård! Här finns en mysig, fullt utrustad stuga om 32 m2 med skogen inpå knuten och havet runt hörnet. Vakna i din egen takt&njut av en lång frukost. Bläddra genom infon i stugan och känn efter hur dagen bäst spenderas. Bad, båttur, kajakpaddling, fiske, vandring? Grilla? Läsa? Vila? Kanske bara vara? Vill ni njuta lite extra bokar ni till spabadet (200 kr p.p./vistelse). Handdukar och lakan 100 kr/set om så önskas. Varmt välkomna!

Sjöstugan

Welcome to our newly built 60 sqm airy lake cottage at Slätbakens beach. The house has two bedrooms where one room has a double bed and one has a sofa bed for two. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for two. The house has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The house works well for a family with up to 3 children. Here you get access to docks, rowing boat, gas grill and nice forest walks. 20 minute drive to Söderköping and Stegeborg castle ruin with harbor tavern.

Villa Kruthuset by the sea | Sauna raft | Single room

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built vacation home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds, including bed linens and towels).

Resource in our cozy cottage, furnished with an eye for warm colors and soft materials. Lilla Stugan is located in the middle of the woods and meadows and has its own bathing area, sauna and boat. It is part of an old Swedish farmhouse on a 10 hectare property located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.

The large balconies offer sunshine from morning to night, and in the spacious glazed conservatory you can end the day with a fantastic view of the sparkling water.
